Ferro Silicon(FeSi) is a co-product of Brown Fused Alumina during fusion,so also called Brown Fused Alumina Slag. During fusion of aluminum oxide based bauxite, heavy elements in the electric arc furnace goes down to bottom of the furnace. After cooling down, they become silver/grey ores which contain Ferro and Silicon. In our industry, we call them Brown Fused Alumina Slag.
After crushing and sizing, it's made into different grits suitable for steel making industry as media separation or sink float process to remove oxygen from high quality steel or cast iron. Main users of FeSi are producers of alloyed, carbon or stainless steel.
According to content of Ferro, we make mainly 2 quality: 72% Ferro FeSi and 80% Ferro FeSi.

- I define metal as any music that is unacceptable by the mainstream crutch called the media. It's also a form of aggressive music that is standardized with fast riffs and solos, thunderous bass grooves, and either some crazy fast drumming (George K. of Nile, Dennis the Menace of Macabre) or slower melodic beats (Celtic Frost, Six Feet Under). Growling can be used to express anger or discontent with a certain ideal, but it's not necessary for it to be considered metal (Strapping Young Lad doesn't growl too awful much, and Ride The Sky sings 80's style). Now, for the kicker: I don't believe metal should be classified as heavy/ hardcore/ death/ doom/ power or otherwise. Metal is metal is metal to me. Sure, Agnostic Front has some unique vocals, and Dragonforce has some superb guitar licks and such, but they both have one thing in common: both are metal. I don't listen to certain bands, simply because they don't have the sound that I'm looking for, but there's always those bands who will strike my interest.
