- Additives will be perfectly fine and they work right away. Some though aren't necessary and are just a waste of money. Keep up on the regular maintenance and you're good to good. Some STP fuel cleaner wouldn't hurt once in awhile and run a gallon or 2 of premium (91) from time to time, it'll help keep the fuel system clean. And ignore Matth, VTEC fluid is non-existent.

- I don't think that there is 100% gasoline available anywhere in the US. I think the ethanol additive is required by law. You might find pure gasoline in aviation fuel, but running it in your car on the road violates federal law. The ethanol is cleaner burning then gas. I don't know why you would not want it in your fuel. E85 is available in some places, and that is the direction that alternate fuels is going.
