  1. Description

The process produces aluminium billets, together with a highly complex waste material. This waste is difficult to manage. It reacts with water, releasing a mixture of gases (including, among others, hydrogen, acetylene, and ammonia), which spontaneously ignites on contact with air;contact with damp air results in the release of copious quantities of ammonia

gas. Despite these difficulties, the waste has found use as a filler in asphalt and concrete.

5.FAQ

1)what is aluminum?

Aluminium (or aluminum; see spelling differences) is a chemical element in the boron group with symbol Al and atomic number 13. It is a silvery white, soft, nonmagnetic, ductile metal. Aluminium is the third most abundant element (after oxygen and silicon), and the most abundant metal in the Earth's crust. It makes up about 8% by weight of the Earth's solid surface.

Aluminium metal is so chemically reactive that native specimens are rare and limited to extreme reducing environments. Instead, it is found combined in over 270 different minerals. The chief ore of aluminium is bauxite.

2)What's kind of payment term we can supply?

Q:The last time I added potatoes to a pot of meat in the oven, they were kind of dry on some ends (the potatoes)Is there a secret to this? Like adding them at a certain time? Or they must be coated in the meat's juice? Or what could I have done wrong?Thx~
I cook potatoes and carrots with a roast in the oven and I always cover them in liquid-cream of mushroom soup and french onion soup, or at least enough beef boullion to cover themIf you cook them without liquid they will be dryCover the pot with a cover or aluminum foil too I cook the potatoes, carrots and meat for the same amount of time- 21/2 to 3 hours.
Q:I'd like to hook up my Macbook (aluminum) to my analog TV so that I can watch movies I play on the Macbook on the TV screenEven if there isn't an easy way, is there a way to route cords or something to make it work?THANKS for answering! :)
No, you can't use simple cablesThe old all-white and all-black Macbooks that have the miniDVI port had analog boob-tube TV support, but Apple deleted analog boob-tube TV support from the new aluminum MacbooksIf you want to connect your aluminum Macbook to an old boob-tube TV, you need a miniDisplayPort-to-VGA adapter and a Scan Converter Box, which has electronics that can translate a VGA signal to an analog composite TV signal.
Q:Hi all,I purchased a new set of Calphalon Contemporary Non-stick Pans (aluminum exterior) to go with our GE Propane StoveThe problem is, every time I use any of the pans/pots, I get a black residue that is in the shape of the flame that is a royal pain in the butt to clean offIt's almost like the aluminum material is burning off? I hadn't heard of any incompatibilities between the aluminum pans and propane stove, but I was wondering if I would have been better off using the full stainless steel setWould I have the same problem with those also? Any feedback would be great.
Pasta and potatoes are very good for youThe bad is usually what we put on them like cream sauces, sour cream, cheese, butter and fatty meats A marinara sauce made with tomatoes, olive oil, basil, parsley has very little fat and caloriesServe over whole wheat or spinach pasta which are better for you than white flour pasta I would suggest you try stir fry mealsYou can add whatever meats, poultry, seafood or veggies that you likeJust thinly slice your meat or chickenYou can keep shrimp wholemarinate in soy sauce, ginger, garlic, white pepper and some oil for about 45 minutesHave a wok or pan heating up, medium-high and add some oil when it's hotStir fry the meat with the marinade until almost cookedRemovePut in your veggies.mushrooms, carrots, onions, water chestnuts, snow peas, bamboo shoots? Whatever you likekeep stirring, keep them crispAdd the meat back inAdd in some chicken or beef brothThicken with a little cornstarch mixed in waterEat as is or serve over riceBrown rice is healthier for you than white That is easy to do and play with to get the taste you like.
Q:I used one of those airless paint sprayers to paint the ceiling of my screened-in porch and although I tried to cover them, some paint over-spray did settle on the screens some areasDuring the day it's really not noticeable but at night it sticks out badlyThe screens are non-removable and made of aluminumI don't want to get paint remover all over the areas below them that are freshly paintedThe paint is latexAny ideas? Thanks!
Are you sure the screens are non-removable? It would be a terrible design to build a porch where you could not remove the screens for repair I would be willing to bet you can unscrew them even if they are not slide out You really should try to remove them to do this I have peel away paint removal which is brush on paint removal where you cover the paint remover with a sheet of special paper About 4 hours later, you peel back the paper and the paint comes with it You can do this with the screen still on but you typically want to wash the screen afterwards If you have a power washer, that would also clean the screen well (again, assuming removal)

Q:What kind of blade should I use to cut 3/4" x 3/4" square aluminum tubing in a chop saw (miter saw)?
Either 40 or 80 tooth blade will work wellJust make sure to cut it slowly because if you try to cut it too fast, the blade may grab the material and either jam it in the saw, or throw it in the air.
Q:I don't mean a casserole or little patties or the likeI'm making food for 12+ people and need a LOT of hash brownsI don't really have a big enough skillet for the amount I'm talking aboutSo my question, Is there a way to cook hash browns in the oven, as you would normally do on the stove?
Yes, here is a step by step procedure Step 1 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, and line the bottom of a cookie sheet with aluminum foil, shiny side upStep 2 Spray the foil lightly with butter flavored cooking sprayStep 3 Spread out fresh or frozen hash browns in a 1/2 inch thick layer on the foilUse one cup of hash browns for each servingStep 4 Spray the top of the hash brown layer lightly with the cooking sprayStep 5 Bake for 30 minutes, turning the hash browns over halfway through, and re-spraying the top of the potatoes before returning to the oven for the second half of the baking timeWhen fully cooked, the hash browns will be golden-brown and crispy on the topRemove them from the oven, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
