1. Product Introduction

Copper clad steel wire is a newly compound materials taking high quality steel with low carbon as basis core and processed with copper craftworks. Combined with high conductivity, good brazability, anti-corrosion and fine high frequency capacity of pure copper and high intensity and flexibility of steel wire. Copper clad steel wire resistibility equals with that of pure copper wire, but its tensile strength is two times than that of pure copper, In the communicational cable, with good mechnamic strength, light weight, and never distortion.

2. Product Characteristic

Copper clad steel wire can suffer blizzards and hails, and can work in the wide span, salt spray and easy corrosion environment. Copper clad steel wire improves the transmitting quality, and reduces the costs in avoid of distraction and distortion while transmitting information.Execution Standard: ASTM B 869-96(copper clad steel wire for CATV incoming line), ASTM B 452-93(copper-clad steel wire for electronic products).

Q:what are the limitations of international wire transfer
Your bank may set a limit on the amount they will allow per wire transfer, but that would be the only limit. My company accepts wire transfers for international business almost daily and there have been a couple of time when I have had to have the purchasing company send a 2nd wire for the balance because the 1st exceeded the banks allowable transfer amount. Of course when that happens you have to be sure that you include the mark up to the customer invoice because you will be charges for each wire transfer by your bank. (some banks don't charge for incoming wires, some do.)
Q:Thermostat has two red wires two black wires. The baseboard has one red one black wire.
This Site Might Help You. RE: How to wire a thermostat to a 220 volt baseboard heater? Thermostat has two red wires two black wires. The baseboard has one red one black wire.
Q:On the large harness that goes to the radio, I can't figure out what 5 of the wires are for. on the harness they are b3 (light tan/white), b4 (gray), b5 (black), a6 (pink), and a7 (blue).
To play an auxiliary source you'd need to fool the deck into thinking it's a separate factory accessory, like an XM radio tuner or CD changer. That's the purpose of the adapter. If you already have a stock XM tuner or CD changer, and you don't want to use it, you might be able to cut the audio signal wires and connect them to an audio cable running to your MP3 player. Then you can set the head unit for the XM tuner but you'll get the audio from your player. But if there's no factory external source equipped in the vehicle, then this isn't an option for you.
Q:I keep trying to strip this damned wire but the copper wire inside the tubeing constantly ends up getting split apart instead of staying together. Im pretty sure Im doing it right Ive done it before easily. The wire is very old though could that be the problem?
There is isia tool called wire stripper available in tools store.Buy one and use it.It can be adjusted for different guague of wires,it cuts only insulation not the copper wire inside,
Q:im assuming red to red and black to black? but then what about the extra green and white wires in the iphone cable? where do they go?
Never assume anything. Wire colours in such cables are not necessarily assigned according to a standard pattern. Before you proceed, find printed documentation -- or its online equivalent -- that clearly and definitively shows the functions of the wires by colour. If all of the wires are for audio (which is possible, but not certain), don't connect any sort of power source to any of them. If it is a USB cable, the red and black are power wires, and the green and white are for digital data. A question was posted about USB wire colours on Y!A about 3 years ago (USB wire color code, please help?). The best answer contains enough info to help you.
Q:I'm looking to install a ceiling fan in a fixture that recently had just a light (no idea if it ever had a fan). When I removed the old light, I found that there were three white wires from the ceiling twisted together and connected to the white wire on the light fixture, one black wire from the ceiling connected to the black wire on the fixture, and three black and one white ceiling wires just capped together, not connected to the light fixture.Any idea what the last 4 wires are? I would think that I just need to leave them alone, however, I have to replace the box in the ceiling with one that is rated for a fan, which means I need to (temporarily) disconnect them. I have the breaker turned off that turned the light off, but can I be 100% sure that power to those other 4 wires if also off?
The three white wires are your neutral wires. the one black wire connected to your fixture is the wire coming from your switch. The white wire connected to the black wires are the hot wires. That one white wire connected to the black wires carries the electricity to the switch then feeds it back to the fixture on the single black wire. I never trust wire until I check it for voltage, even with a breaker off.
Q:During a lab experiment, a straight piece of copper wire is connected across the terminals of an AC generator and the current through the wire was measured. If the wire is removed and a part of it is tightly wound into a loop of many coils and the wire is then reconnected to the generator, will the measured current through the wire be greater, lesser, or the same as it was before the wire was coiled? Explain your answer.
Assuming the generator output voltage (RMS) remains constant the current will be less through the coil. By wrapping the wire into a coil it's resistance doesn't change but it's self inductance increases. AC in a wire produces an alternating (changing) magnetic field that is concentrated into a smaller space as a coil - so increasing it's strength and ability to link with the wire that produced it. When this changing magnetic field links (passes through) it's 'own' coils a self-induced 'back' EMF(voltage) is generated in the wire that opposes the 'forward' current from the generator (Lenz's law). If the geverator provides a pd = Vg and the back EMF = Vb, then the current in the coil is effectively being driven by a reduced pd = (Vg - Vb) .
Q:Wires in the dash*Radio constant*Radio Switched*Radio illumination**please match these up with the options below**Wires on the stereo itself*Dashboard Light Dimmer Switch*Amplifier Remote or Power Antenna (Positive +)*(fuze) yellow memory (negative -)*(fuze) red 12v (positive +)if someone could please help that would be great-since the wires were replaced i cant go by color
Car radio wire constant to stereo yellow memory. Car radio wire switched to stereo red 12v positive. Car radio wire illumination to stereo Dashboard Light Dimmer Switch. Don't forget to ground the black wire on the unit to the ground wire from the car harness. An extra ground strap to the chassis is a good idea also. If you don't have an amp or a power antenna, cap off the blue Remote/Antenna wire.

Q:What's the best kind of wire to use that can stand being kilned?
that really depends what you want to do and how high you are going to fire. Generally nichrome 80/20 wire should be OK until cone 9. Then there is Kanthal which will withstand even higher temperatures but is more expensive than nichrome. You could get either probably in electronics supply houses. If you do lowfire, maybe up to cone 06 or lower steel will probably be OK. The surface of the steel will oxidise and so get clearly thinner, keep that in mind. Generally your wire and the clay should not be in direct contact because they have different thermal expansion coefficients. Depends how rigid your wire is if it will lead to major damage to your piece. But if you wrap your wire with paper before you put clay around it it is probably OK as long as you don't enclose the entire thing with clay into a hollow space. But it also depends on what exactly you are trying to do, e.g. what kind of clay you are using. Mostly people use wire with clay for making beads. If that's what you are doing you can also look up bead making techniques.
