We must gurantee everyone machine from CNBM workshop must be qualified . The vedio will be taken for the test, and welcome you to come to our factory for inspection.

- Try okorder / I used Cafe Press for T-shirts for 3 years. In August they had a hefty price increase for t-shirts printed on the front and back. I switched to Zazzle since then. They can print up to 14 inches wide artwork on t-shirts. Cafe Press only does 10 inches wide. Zazzle gives you 10% off if you submit your designs to the market place and another 10% off if you order 12 shirts at a time. I like Zazzle much better than Cafe Press.

- First of all I don't think pressing 25 lbs more in only two weeks is a reasonable expectation. Having said that I will share a few things that worked for me. - I increased my bench press by improving my triceps workout. They were the weakest link my bench press. - I started bench pressing my max weight one time a week instead of three. This allowed time for my muscles to recover. - I also had success performing three to five sets of the heaviest weight I could press more than six times to failure. These were things that worked for me. Maybe you will have success with one or two of them. Good Luck!

- If you're certain that the posture is not the problem, maybe your pecs are more than strong enough for the exercise and you feel the effort in another involved muscle which is weaker.

- just press them the normal person non martha stewart way...it works fine, stick the roses in like a little sandwich bag but dont close it, like if its a ziplock, leave it open, and get a really big heavy book, usually a big a** bible works if you have one, and stick it right in the middle, leave it there for a few weeks.

- pressed powder is to press the foundation to ur face-like liquid foundation loose powder u should apply it to under ur eyes after u apply ur concealer to set it u can also apply loose powder to ur entire face in the morning
