Q:i was thinking about when i first started working out in my shead with weights i remember i could only bench press about 65lbs and i was 13 now im almost 16 and i can benchpress 120 10x but at one time i could bench press 140 but i quit working out for a while and i practicly restarted from benching like 90, sooo tell me., how old were you when u started working out how much could u bench? and how much can u bench now? and how old are you?
Well, I started at 13 as well, benching the bar, at 45 pounds. Haha. I'm 26 now, and bench around 300-350 depending on the day. Takes a lot of hard work and patience, but you'll get there.
Q:Should the American press be restricted by the government? If so, who decides what the restrictions would be? What would the penalty be for violating it?Would these restrictions change American life?
When you restrict the press in any way, you are saying that ideas are bad. You are restricting the thought process of an entire culture. For instance, the press comes across a story of how military funds were wasted or misallocated. If the government is allowed to 'bury' this story, then the American people go on thinking that thier tax dollars are being used wisely. Now, you can say that this story should be restricted because it will 'embolden' our enemies, or because the public shouldn't have a say in what the military does, but it's simply not true. The only reason to control the press is to control thought. I don't believe EVERYTHING I read, but I think we should live in a country that I can read anything I want.
Q:Does anyone have a good recipe or list of ingredients to put in brick pressed sandwiches? I am thinking proscutto, pesto, motzerella or feta, balsamic, roasted red peppers maybe. No mushrooms allowed. They will be made with Cibatta bread.
Grilled Ham and Cheese Sandwich to convey jointly the sandwiches, butter the two aspects of each and every bread slice. Lay ham and cheese on one slice and canopy with the yet another slice. Trim the crusts off the aspects.
Q:What is the weight of the average male overhead press?
Overhead pressing your bodyweight is rather impressive and certainly not average. Overhead press is typically 50-60% of your flat bench press weight.
Q:I see people (even some muscular people) in the gym bench pressing just the bar with no weights on the sides. Isn't that just 10 pounds? What is that good for and why do it?
No, the bench-press bar is typically 45 lbs, not 10. Many times people bench press this amount because they do not have the upper body strength to benchpress more, or alternatively if they do they are using low weight and high repetitious to gain muscle tone instead of bulking their muscles up by using heavy weights.
Q:Is there any way how to increase my bench press strength, will doing dips every night help? What sets should i be doing in bench? any advice will help out a lot.

Q:looking at the differences between 2 kits
Hello! Whether you re-prime your cartridge cases on, or off, the press, really depends on you. When I reload handgun ammunition on my Dillon, I let the press reprime the ammo for me, because handgun ammo, whether for plinking, target, or hunting, does not need to be seated by nad for the precision I would be looking for with a rifle. Now, reloading rifle ammo for competition is a completely different story! Because I am looking for group consistency at distance with a warming barrel, and seeking groups as close to sub-minute of angle, I need precision and set my benchrest primers by hand ... I can feel how the primer is seated and whether it is getting crushed. By doing it this way, I have been able to produce really accurate ammuniton. When you are loading hunting ammunition, you do not really need the precision consistency (yes, you do need precision ... but you are shooting maybe a single shot from a cold barrel ... in competition you may be shooting 10 to 30 back-to-back shots with a barrel that is either warming up or hot, which WILL affect bullet placement). I never reload watching the TV ... too many BAD things can happen, and a bad cartidge (one with a bad primer or a squib load [no powder or insufficient powder]) can damage a very expensive target barrel! It is better to concentrate on what you are doing, when you are doing it! Hence, priming on or off the press is totally dependent upon you and what upi seek to do with your ammo, and what you expect your ammo to do under specific conditions! Good luck and good shooting!
Q:Which is the better buy?Which will last longer on the skin?Is it whether its pressed or loose or just the way you apply it that determines how long it will last on your skin?please help(:
Pressed powder is easier to apply and has less fall out, but loose powder in my opinion just feels better covers more over liquid foundation. The way you apply it doesn't matter as much as how much you apply and what brush you're using. A fine Kabuki brush or powder brush would cover more versus...say a stippling brush. If you want your powder to last longer, try using a base or a face primer before applying the powder.
Q:I'm 16 years old i weigh 170 lbs and my max bench press is 145 lbs i would like to get up to at least 170 lbs by at least a couple of weeks what workout plan would help to quickly increase my max bench press?i also do take protein shakes but i have not seen much results from them
keep the protein shakes! but heres what you do. you can either switch up your rep set scheme, such as if your doing 3x10 switch up to 3x5 but use a higher weight. or you can switch it up from barbell bench press to dumbbell bench press. either of these will bust that plateau! keep on lifting! edit: to the guy above me a 5x5 ramping weight routine(aka madcow) is a little to advanced for this kid. he still has some gains to go befer he majorly plateuas and needs it.
Q:I'm planning on ordering a makeup kit from okorder . I've been told that pressed powder gives you a matte finish, but what is the difference between this and finishing powder?
okai pressed powder is better for the 1st time you apply on the make up, but if you need to touch up your make up you must used finishing powder. so your make up wont look so thick and sometimes uneven. btw you need to clean the oil on your face before you touch up your make up.
