- Q:I have to make pressed sandwiches for a party,but I don't have a sandwich press!!Can I use my George Foreman grill?I would go get a sandwich press,but if I'm only gonna use it once or twice,why spend money on it?

- If your dough is sticky, add a small amount of flour to it and blend well. Do this until the dough is smooth. It should work better for you.

- they probably have liquid foundation and then powder foundation on. When I don't have any blemishes I use lancome teint idole ultra. but if I have some blemishes I wear clinique clairifying liquid foundation (they make a powder version as well) the lancome one is more sheer and the clinique one is more matte with better coverage. Neither ones clog my pores or cause acne.

- well basically the main thing being printed was the bible, and it was written by hand, many times by monks.

- so you want originality ok here it is, the most pressing issue is trying to ecourage kid's not to drop out, take it from one who's been there and done that, is school boring? you got that right not to mention alot more dangerous today than when i went, but bullets and all, oh what i'd give to be back in that boring place once again . . . what can be done about them to change them? . . . it's not them who need to change, it's the system of teaching and most of all we must stop incessively blaming teachers because kids are failing, teachers became teachers to teach not to be surrogate parents, school's have become cauldrons of confusion, undiceplined war zones, not to mention teaching methods so outdated i doubt even the gieco cave men could sit through a session without falling assleep, form the bordom and lack of relivance of what's being taught, not to mention percieve'd in an enviroment second only to ferensic morgue . . .
- Q:i coach a 6th grade school girls team and we played in a league last year were you couldnt press till the last half but this year we moved to a bigger more competitve league that presses the whole game.last year during the 2nd half all the teams played full court man to man. but they would get confused when the other team subed.so i would like to know a easy to learn press that puts double teams on the ball handlers cause at this age they usely dont have but a couple of girls that can handle the ball and can easily go to half court if they beat the press across half court
- You have a couple of options. First you can do a 1-3-1 half court trap defense where you trap the ball right when it crosses the half court line. It is not much of a full court press but if done correctly it can really drive opposing guards nuts, especially if they are inexperienced. You can do the same 1-3-1 but extend it to full court. Or you can do a 1-2-2. put one person on the OOB passer and two by the free throw line and two at half court. Since this is a 6th grade league not too many of them should be able to pass a full length pass. Once the ball gets thrown in play the person on the ball and one of the guards traps right away and the oppostite gaurd plays the first pass. The two at half court just make sure that no one gets behind them and offer help to the 3 players doing the trapping.

- i wouldnt work out so young if i was you, it could stunt your growth. wait till your 14 and bench and pullups are completely unrelated muscles but probably not too much like 95 pounds. but jsut stick to the pull ups and push ups for now so your not a chode
