Good Quality Tower Crane for The Construction Use

Good Quality Tower Crane for The Construction Use

Q:Firstly, I realize that the 1000 paper crane thing is based on faith and not science. I'm not stupid. Secondly, Do the 1000 cranes have to be in the same place? If I send one of my cranes to a friend across the country, would that no longer count as part of my 1000 cranes? If a crane gets destroyed, must I start over or replace that crane? If anyone has any knowledge or link pertaining to the 1000 paper crane myth, please post it. Thank you.
The myth seems to surround the FOLDING on the 1,000 cranes - it is the sacrifice on the part of the person doing the folding that is the magic not the cranes themselves. See the Wiki......
Q:What kind of force acting in the brake system which encounter the lifting material force and to maintain its level.
Cranes work using hydraulics and cables. The cables are wrapped around pulleys and the pulley is turned using hydraulic power. The brake system is simply stopping the pulley from turning by reducing power. The hydraulic system typically will turn a series of gears which in turn spins the pulley that the cable is wrapped around. It's different than a brake system say on a car where when you hit the brakes, pads squeeze on the interior of the wheel rim slowing it down. Cranes you just reduce power and stop the pulley from turning. They also have emergency stops. Older cranes have wedges that would be released onto the cable and then the wedges would grab the cable and slip into a ring. The narrow end of the wedges would slip into the ring first and then as the wedges increased in diameter the grip on the cable would get tighter and then stop the cable from moving. They also have systems on the pulleys to stop the pulley from spinning. They essentially work the same way as a car break. When the emergency brake is triggered, pads will squeeze on the rim of the pulley to stop it. These mechanisms work by friction. They could also have holes around the pulley and a steel pin would be pushed into one of the holes to stop it from spinning. Of course if the force of the weight exceeded the strength of the pin, it would shear.
Q:The really really tall ones you see next to skyscrapers. How do they assemble them? I thought that maybe they use another crane, but then how did they assemble that crane? Some of them are really, really tall. Try to remember what one looks like. They have long hollow necks with a top section where the driver sits that stretches long horizontally.
Sorry the only information on Cranes here is of the Feathered variety, you have entered the wrong section sorry.
Q:I need to do a report on how cranes topple, moment (physics) and there correlation (relasionship).I am an idiot and have forgotten what moment is. so please explian that, how cranes topple and why they dont topple, and the correltion between the two!thank you
First of all, let's think of a crane like a giant see-saw, where the plank itself doesn't have any weight. Now cranes have big weights on one side of the pivot, which they can move along (I think, I may be wrong). These cause what is called a 'turning moment'. The further out from the 'pivot' they are, the greater the moment. The other consideration with a crane is it's load. Generally, this is carried a lot further out from the pivot point, on the opposite side from the weights. Now consider this. If you have a small child sitting on the end of a see-saw, you will be able to balance them with a larger person sat closer to the pivot. This is the principle on which cranes work. The moment is the force times the distance from the pivot, and it must be balanced turning each way for the see-saw/crane not to topple. This is somewhat of a simplification, but hope it helps.
Q:why are siberian cranes endangered?
The status of this crane is critical, as it is expected to undergo a rapid population decline in the near future. The wintering site in China holding 95% of the population is threatened by hydrological changes caused by the Three Gorges Dam.
Q:dimentions of crane rail, crane beam.
What kind of crane? There are thousands of types.
Q:Who is the most gruesome Stefano DiMera or Alistar Crane?
The DiMera's have been around longer than the Crane's. Alistar is the more gruesome because he messes with his own family memebers whereas Stefano they do anything for their own.
Q:Can someone find me a map that shows the geographic location of the white naped crane?

Q:have you noticed that there has been an exceptionaly high volume of cranes falling over in the U.S.A. this year? 2 cranes went down this week, one in Texas killing a man. seems like there has alot of this lately, what the hell is going on with the cranes? ever night i turn on the news its like a deadly crane accident took place today . thanks.

Q:What is the torque limiter of the tower crane A: the lift is stopped when the lifting torque is exceeded. B: over gravity
The torque limiter acts as follows: (a)In lifting process, when the weight of the lifting object moves ahead of the trolley when the lever force exceeds the moment limiter, the hook rises, the motor and the trolley forward motor are stopped at the same time, and the utility model has the safety function.
