Single layer/ multilayer door skin veneering machine holding time and pressure set automatic control. Two operaing mode(manual and automatic) are convenient for customers to choose.

1. Control system: PLC control with connection to computer (Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens optional), from infeed to storage,

- Q:My shoulder has some pains in different locations and my massage therapist told me to not lift any weight above my shoulders including no more military press and she said that this is a bad exerise.I wanted to make sure.
- Yes it can, but the military press isnt even necessary. There are a lot of exercises for your shoulders that dont involve lifting over your head. First if you do bench presses, your shoulders, especially the anterior or front shoulder muscles is getting worked. I hardly work my shoulders seperatley and they have continued to grow just from the work they get in conjunction with other body parts being used. However, you might want to try working the lateral delts, the side part of the shoulder, you can do this through raises.
- Q:I was curious, wanted to know. What is the best way to increase my bench press LBS.Besides actually bench pressing. Is there any other exercises i can train in, to give me more results.
- You need to change your reps to the 4-8 range, more than that won't work. You should also stretch your chest, and using dumbbells helps because in incorporates more balancing muscles and evens your left and right side out. You could try flys and overhead tricep presses

- No. Bench press uses your chest and triceps. Biceps are not used. The best way to improve your bench press is by doing bench presses. Do 3 sets, 4 to 6 reps per set. If you can do more than 6 reps, increase the weight. If you can't do 4 reps, lower the weight. Do this 3 days a week, each time trying to do 1 extra rep than the last time, or 5 extra pounds than the last time.
- Q:Last week, I was doing military presses incorrectly. I brought the bar down to touch my chest (which was extended outward), rather than around my chin.The neck day, I awoke with neck pain. I thought I may have slept in a bad position, but the pain increased until I could not move my head w/o a lot of pain that day. It's gotten better since then, but I still have pain. It goes from the bottom of the skull on my left, down my neck to my clavicle.Was it really from the military press, and what can I do? I am going to a doctor, but that may be a week or two away.
- In a military press the bar should come down below your chin but it's possible you could have pulled a muscle by doing the press in bad form or got off balance. Might be a pulled/strained trapezius muscle. A good medicine for this type of pain is Naxproxen by prescription or Aleve over the counter.

- Q:I watched a video about the making of vinyl records. I still don't understand what is vinyl pressing. Someone explain this please.
- the records have a groove . when you play the record a pickup rides in the groove and the ridges in the groove wiggle the pickup to give the sound. to make the records they first make a metal version of the record that has a ridge instead of a groove so that when this metal disk stamps the blank vinyls it leaves the groove in the record. thats called pressing a record.
