- How about those self storage units? a lot of people use them for other than storage. Some units have electrical available. I know people who re-vamp vehicles in some of them, and others who do woodworking and metal working in them. I think there is a charge for the amount of electricity used, but it would be worth it for the convenience of having a shop.
