4.Usage and Applications of Poly Cells

Solar cells are often electrically connected and encapsulated as a module.

Photovoltaic modules often have a sheet of glass on the front (sun up) side, allowing light to pass while protecting the semiconductor wafers from abrasion and impact due to wind-driven debris, rain, hail, etc. Solar cells are also usually connected in series in modules, creating an additive voltage.

Connecting cells in parallel will yield a higher current;our solar cells have passed IEC Certification.

With high quality and stable quality. Our Cells can greatly improve the performance of Solar Modules.

5.Packaging & Delivery of Poly Cells

Carton Box Package and Deliver by air.  It should be noticed that it should be avoid water, sunshine and moist.

Q:Can solar panels be installed on beach resorts?
Yes, solar panels can be installed on beach resorts. In fact, beach resorts provide an excellent opportunity for solar panel installation due to their abundant sunlight exposure. Solar panels can help beach resorts reduce their reliance on traditional energy sources, lower operating costs, and promote sustainable practices. Additionally, solar panels can be integrated into the resort's infrastructure, such as rooftops or shading structures, without significantly impacting the aesthetic appeal of the beach resort.
Q:We are considering getting solar panels for our home just south of Birmingham, AL. We know a little and are trying to educate ourselves the best we can. But we are having a hard time finding anyone around this area. We have done the yellow page thing, and some quot;green places around town. But to no luck.....
Any electrical contractor could likely install them, and there are several Internet businesses that sell solar panels. You likely have no place there to get the kind of large panels you need for a house. Look at your local regulations. Your utility may not allow grid-tie, so you may have to set up an off-grid system with batteries and use separate wiring or a transfer switch. One thing a lot of people neglect is hail protection. In Birmingham, you're likely to have large hail (larger than golf ball size) every couple of years in the spring. You need to work out a way of covering them in advance of severe weather. Most panels will take up to golf-ball size hail with no problem. DK PS, I've done this myself, and have considerably more information. Email if you're interested.
Q:Can solar panels be used in cold climates?
Yes, solar panels can be used in cold climates. While the efficiency of solar panels may slightly decrease in colder temperatures, they can still generate electricity even in freezing conditions. In fact, solar panels can even benefit from the reflection of sunlight off snow, which can increase their output. Additionally, advancements in technology and the use of anti-reflective coatings have improved the performance of solar panels in cold climates.
Q:Can solar panels be used in areas with high levels of dust or dirt?
Yes, solar panels can be used in areas with high levels of dust or dirt. However, the presence of dust or dirt on the solar panels can reduce their efficiency by blocking sunlight and creating a barrier between the panels and the sun. Regular cleaning and maintenance of the panels are necessary to ensure optimal performance in such areas.
Q:What direction do solar panels usually point? North? East? South? West?
South in the northern hemisphere. - this gives you sunlight on the panel a major portion of the day without the need for a mechanism to follow the sun or change direction from E to S to W as the day progresses
Q:How do I hook up solar panels to my home
Seriously, the best way to get an idea of what it takes is to call up a solar installer and get a free quote for your home. It costs you nothing, except your time. If there are no installers in your area, you may be in a bad location for solar.
Q:Is it as simple as buying the panels, an inverter and plugging it into a wall-socket, assuming it would just send power back into the outlet and supplement my house's electrical usage, or... Is it not that simple?Remember, I'm talking about a SMALL system, and I don't care how little power it'd make, or how uneconomical it would be.
How to tie small solar panel system into my house's electircal system? It's very complicated. Just for starters, if you plugged your solar panel into your electrical outlet, you would probably see smoke and fire, not electricity. Of course anything CAN be done. But this one is truly unfeasible at the consumer level. The only way to send power back into a live system is to synchronize the phase voltages. In your case you would require the solar panels, a battery backup system, a voltage inverter and some type of industrial synchronizer (probably a generator) so you could sync your inverter output to the utilities output. Solar is still more of a standby or supplemental type power at this time. The easiest way is to supplement your hot water by using solar panels to heat water rather than create electricity. If money was not much of an option then you could theoretically run your whole house without the need for any synchronization but have a gasoline or diesel generator to keep your battery pack topped up when needed.
Q:In nature, green leaves collect light and produce energy. Is this what they copied to make solar panels? If not how hard would it be to make artificial leaves that would power our homes?
Solar panels were not made to copy leaves. Leaves have molecules that become excited when they are hit by light. They store this energy in ADP molecules and ATP molecules. This works great for biological processes, but until we learn how to use Adenosine Di/Triphosphate to transport energy, we are better off sticking with our solar panels. They produce electricity, which we know how to use.
Q:Harbor Freight sells a 75 watt solar panel, a surge power inverter, and deep charge batteries. But no one there can tell me how to put it all together. I want the end output to be a simple power bar that I can plug my devices into. I live in an apartment so I can not wire it directly into the grid. Please only serious responses. Don't waste your time and mine.
I don't have direct experience with the Harbor Freight panels, but have heard that they are agressively rated - i.e., the three 5-watt panels are really 5-watt panels. The 80-watt panel is likely to be a serious panel, rated according to standard test conditions. It will also be more durable, and probably have a warranty of 20 years or more. There's really no comparison. If your goal is to experiment with solar electricity, then get the kit from Harbor Freight (or Northern Tool, or any of a handful of other places). If your goal is to save money, generally you will need a larger scale than 80 watts - several thousand watts being the norm. And the payback time will be measured in years.
Q:Can I use a regulator from a car to regulate the voltage from a solar panel to a battery?
solar panels will naturally produce a certain DC voltage which is what your battery needs - the current will vary based on the sun light. You need probably 4V to have some over voltage. So based on your specs look at having at least 4 V but not too much over that (tells you how many panels you need in series) I would have blocking diodes (probably the solar cell has them built in) to insure the battery does not discharge thru the panel.
