Q:Safety rules for tower cranes
Three. Check after shutdown3.1 after the tower crane has stopped operation, it is necessary to select the suitable position of the barrier and the middle of the track when the turret is turned and the arm to stop along the wind, and then lock all the rail clamps. All 3.2 tower crane rotary mechanism with a normally closed or braking device, in the stop after the operation, the driver must remove the handle, release the brake for crane in the wind blowing in under the direction of rotation.3.3, the hook should be lifted to the minimum distance from the lifting wall, not more than 5m position, hanging on the hook is strictly prohibited. Not to take reliable measures, not by any means, limiting the boom rotate with the wind.
Q:ok. soooo.i've got this essay.and i'm stuck.all because i can't figure out the poetic form of War is Kind.help??its only the first five stanzas.Do not weep, maiden, for war is kind. Because your lover threw wild hands toward the sky And the affrighted steed ran on alone, Do not weep. War is kind. Hoarse, booming drums of the regiment, Little souls who thirst for fight, These men were born to drill and die. The unexplained glory flies above them, Great is the battle-god, great, and his kingdom -- A field where a thousand corpses lie. Do not weep, babe, for war is kind. Because your father tumbled in the yellow trenches, Raged at his breast, gulped and died, Do not weep. War is kind. Swift blazing flag of the regiment, Eagle with crest of red and gold, These men were born to drill and die. Point for them the virtue of slaughter, Make plain to them the excellence of killing And a field where a thousand corpses lie.???
War Is Kind Stephen Crane (1899) Do not weep, maiden, for war is kind, Because your lover threw wild hands toward the sky And the affrighted steed ran on alone, Do not weep. War is kind. Hoarse, booming drums of the regiment, Little souls who thirst for fight, These men were born to drill and die. The unexplained glory flies above them. Because your father tumbles in the yellow trenches, Raged at his breast, gulped and died, Do not weep. War is kind. Swift blazing flag of the regiment, Eagle with crest of red and gold, These men were born to drill and die. Point for them the virtue of slaughter, Make plain to them the excellence of killing And a field where a thousand corpses lie. Mother whose heart hung humble as a button On the bright splendid shroud of your son, Do not weep. War is kind!
Q:I looking for information on the surname Crane.?
The name Crane was first used among the Boernician people of the Scottish-English border region. It is a name for a person whose was tall, and had long legs. This nickname derived from the Old English words cranuc, and cornuc, which mean crane. Spelling variations occur frequently in Scottish names that date from the medieval era. They result from a general lack of grammatical rules and the tendency to spell names according to sound. Crane has been spelled Crane, Craine, Crain, Cran, Crann, Crayne and others. First found in Suffolk where they were seated from very early times and were granted lands by Duke William of Normandy, their liege Lord, for their distinguished assistance at the Battle of Hastings in 1066 A.D. In the 20th century, the ancestors of many of those Boernician-Scottish people still populate North America. They distributed themselves on either side of the border at the time of the War of Independence. United Empire Loyalists went north to Canada and those who wanted a new nation stayed south. Both groups went on to found great nations. Some of the first North American settlers with Crane name or one of its variants: Jasper Crane who settled in Boston Mass. in 1637; Richard Crane settled in Virginia in 1635; Samuel Crane settled in Virginia in 1653; Mary Crane settled in Virginia in 1684. Some noteworthy people of the name Crane * Harold Hart Crane, American poet * Robert Edward Crane, American disc jockey and actor, best known for his performance in the television sitcom Hogan's Heroes * Stephen Townley Crane, American novelist. * Professor Francis Crane, Law * Sir Harry Crane, * Morley Crane, Pomology * William M. Crane, eponym of USS Crane, Wickes class destroyer

Q:I have these sand cranes that always come up to our house and we feed them bread they never were aggressive but now one certain one is getting more aggressive. We have a screened porch and they come up to it and there putting holes in it to get our attention and there making like a noise thats not that normal when they see us. The one certain one is getting more aggressive towards the other birds poking on the them and chasing them. There is a group of four and they always stay together. the other three arent as aggressive as the one. He is bigger then the rest of them and is almost like the boss you could mostly tell he was before. He always let the other eat first while he watched around and when we gave them bread he used to be the last one up there now hes the first one there and literally runs to us when he sees us.
Sounds like the aggressive is the Dominate male of the herd. I know you like to feed them but that's what started the problem. He is being Dom so he can get more food and be the first to eat. Once they figure out you're not going to feed them they will go back to behaving normal. These are cool to look at, even though they can get loud sometimes. Have you ever seen tourist feed sea-gulls at the beach. Locals don't do it. Sea Gulls will get as aggresive as the Sand Cranes and actually dive bomb people. Imagine what a Sand Crane can do being what 10 times the size
