- Definitely get a surge protector power strip. To get HD programming you need cable (comcast, directv, etc.) including the HD package. You will need an HDMI cable or component cables to connect the cable receiver to the tv. The receiver MUST be an HD receiver.
- Q:I ordered this recently only to find that it was just the HDD, no cords whatsoever. I've never had to buy cables for an HDD before, and I'm especially not used to SATA (I didn't make the jump from IDE to SATA until this year.)

- 250 watt power cord? Where are the fuses which are being blown? Maybe you put in the wrong fuses or the wrong amperage fuse.

- Q:A friend gave me this monitor, but didn't know where the power cord was. I made the mistake of thinking to myself quot;Oh well, it's just the standard plug, I'll just use one at home. But it is this weird 4-5 Pronged slot I haven't seen before. The manufacturer is HP, but I couldn't find any accessories on their site.
