a. Cable conductor allowed long-term working temperature not exceeding 90 ℃.

- Q:I got a Alienware m15x about a year ago, and about 8 months ago on startup it would make two incredibly loud beeps and a screen would show saying 'your charger cable is not the reccomended 150w originally shipped', even thought it is. It would only happen very rarely at first, but now its nearly every time. I don't mind just ignoring it, but if there is a quick fix it would be nice.
- Try going to the support site and seeing if there's a download called BIOS Flash or something similar. You might also try going into the BIOS yourself (It should say something like Press F2 to enter Setup) and looking around for anything out of the ordinary (as far as your knowledge extends.)

- In theory, yes you can do this provided a couple things. I know it seems a simple question, and you may be fine but for safety's sake.... Power cable is usually 10 gauge braided copper. this should cover just about any amp, but as the current draw is thru the ground, this cable is usually 8 gauge and a much shorter run. If you are running a ton of power with this amp, you may want to just splurge and get yourself a run of 8 gauge ground wire, find a good solid ground and for god sake use star washers between the spade connection and the ground to ensure a good solid connection. I have seen many installs fail because of that little detail. A 10 g cable is probably good enough but to get it up to standards use an 8 g.
- Q:Someone gave me a KDSusa LCD monitor. It doesn't have the usual spot on the back of it for me to plug in a power cable. I've never seen a monitor without the power cord plug in the back. There's a hole/plug on the side of the blue part that goes into the computer...I thought maybe that's where a some sort of power cord would go but I'm not sure. HELP!

- It depends on what chip set they have. An older Elite 360's power cable (with the older set) will fit into a new one, but not the other way around. It sounds like the one you just bought is older than the one that was banned.
- Q:I just recently bought an amp from my friend. It is a fender frontman 15 w amp. I think it is one of the ones that comes in the strat pack or something. anyway, she didnt have the power cable for the amp that plugs into the back, and i kind of need this. does anyone know where i can find one or buy it. - Q:I just plugged a 300V power cable into power supply that accepts 115-240V then turned on the power supply. The power supply was not connected to the motherboard. I don't have another cable so I can't really check if its still working nor do I want to try again with the 300V cord if it can potentially cause damage.
- Just because the cord is rated 300V does not mean that you would get 300V from it. That just needs to have at least as high of a voltage rating that you would be putting through it. What matters is what is the AC voltage of the wall outlet you would be plugging it into?

- All of the other instructions are correct - for normal household 120V lights it should be 12-18 inches below ground (plus be sure to use a Ground Fault Interrupter (GFI) somewhere so if there is a problem it will be safe). A buried power line can be closer to the surface if it is not in a conduit because it is flexable.. so frost heaves will not affect it as much as rigid conduit. However, if you really want to go only 3 inches.. get a low voltage (12V) light for the post lamp, a voltage converter at the house and you can run the power line at 3 inches.

- most amps use the same cable, so it shouldn't be a problem, through your amp in a car, (to double check) and check the local music stores, electronics shops, or Radio shacks
- Q:While DISCONNECTED from the amp, I accidentally touched the power cable with the ground cable. Sparks went flying and I smelt a funny odor. Since then, when I go to turn on my radio, my amp only lights up for a second and then looses power. Unfortunately, I feel I've fried my ground wire (upon close inspection, the power/battery cables fuse is still good along with amp signal wire and RCA's) My question is simply this: When replacing my ground wire, can I use left over power/battery cable? - Theoretically, yes. I would make sure I was the only one using the system or messing around with it just to make sure no one mistakes it for a power cord. Also, wrapping each end with black electrical tape will work to identify it is a ground cable, being that black is universally known for ground. If you feel like wasting good money, wrap the whole cord with black electrical tape. Also, keep it away from professional installers so they do not mix it up, or just let them know it is a ground. Just keep it short enough so that it actually works as a ground (most manuals recommend less than 3 feet)
