Ceramic Fiber Board for Heat Insulation

1. Product Description:

Ceramic fiber board is a lightweight refractory material processed with alumina-silica fibers for applications at temperatures up to 1430°C(2600°F) Ceramic fiber board is a vacuum formed product that resists higher gas velocities than ceramic fiber blanket,it is ideal for furnace, boiler duct and stack lining due to its low thermal conductivity and low heat storage allowing shorter cycle times and quicker access for maintenance.

2.Characteristics of ceramic fiber board:

1)Low thermal conductivity,saves fuel

2)Very low heat storage, faster heat and cool-down reducing cycle times

3)Ligh weight.replaces heavy back-up insulation.less steel required.

4)Excellent thermal shock resistance

5)Resistant to hot gas erosion

6)Resists most chemical attacks

7)Easy to cut,handle and install

8)Low sound transmission

9)Resists penetration by molten aluminum and other non-ferrous metals

10)Contains no asbestos

3.Applications:

1)Refractory lining for industrial furnaces in walls, roofs, doors, stacks, etc.

2)Combustion chamber liners,boilers and heaters

3)Back-up insulation for brick and monolithic refractories

4)Transfer of molten aluminum and other non-ferrous metals

5)Expansion joint boards

6)Barrier against flame or heat

7)Hot face layer for high velocity or abrasive furnace atmosphere

Civil engineers ''shape the world and what we see around us''We can see bridges, big to small buildings, roads, dams, airports etc- is work of civil engineersRegarding the money you will get paid a respectful amount of money when you work in a companyBut if you are successful in your field i.eyou can be one of the top names, or even open your own business then civil engineering can bring you a lot of moneyIf you want to work in a company, get pay more money and do not care about which type of engineering you will do, perhaps other engineering degrees can be better for you (i.echemical engineering)The choice is yours- good luck!
Q:Hi there, I am hoping someone who knows a little bit about yarn can help me outI have a project that I have been working on forever with dry clean only fancy schmancy yarnLast night I spilled red kool-aid on in while I was asleep(I am a restless sleeper, and always thirsty) I totally forgot to move the yarn to a safe place before I went to bedWhere I am not done knitting some of the yarn (read: most of it) is there any way to have it dry cleaned BEFORE I knit it, to get the kool-aid out? If not, I am open to all suggestions about how to get the stain out!!! It was kind of expensive yarn, and I really really want to make sure it doesnt stain! Thanks in advance!
Well you can ride your bike which will decrease the size of your thighs but at the same time increase the size of your calf'sYou can also run which will at first increase your thighs, make them muscular and the make them smallerThe best thing to do is to get A D ointment, apply it to your stretch marks for a couple of months and then they will make the stretch marks disappearI've tried A D ointment and it has done wonders for me!
Q:i'm getting a lot of roof snow melt (heat loss) over the cathedral ceilings which are everywhere in my home except the bedrooms where the attic is locatedis there an easy and cheap way to add insulation into the the cathedrals?
In all likelihood you won't be able to add anything inside an already drywalled cathedralIt most likely already has an airspace and fiberglass matsAll you'd be doing is compressing the fiberglass (bad) or impinging on the air space (very bad)Adding foam insulation on the exterior of the roof sheathing next time you re-roof is probably your best option.
Q:Ceramic fiber plate and aluminium silicate plate are chosen as lining materials
Ceramic fiber board is of high quality ceramic fiber cotton with low slag ball content as raw material, using specific pulp and mixing equipment, ensure the cutting length and the concentration uniformity of cotton fiber, using international advanced vacuum molding technology and international advanced processing technology, the product not only has excellent mechanical strength and precise geometry the size, and maintains the excellent properties of fibrous insulation materials, can be substituted for calcium silicate board also requires tough, self-supporting and refractory insulation field.
Q:I have a gas stove that the rats got into and made nest in the sides of my gas stoveCan the insulation be removed or replaced?
BE CAUTIOUS ANYTIME SOMEONE DOES SOMETHING OUT OF DESPERATION IT DOES NOT END UP GOODYOU SHOULD EAT RIGHTEXERCISE IS GOOD BUT EVERYTHING IN MODERATION OKAY!!!
Q:My adult samoyed, Iubito, is shedding again, i have a bag of old fur in my closet that i keep all of the fur that has been shed before and i have noticed that i have so much of it, and its all clean and fluffyI heard on the television that in Alaska and the US they make wool out of this fur and i have thought about trying this idea, it sounds very good to me, but how would i make the underhair into yarn strings? what tools are there for this task and what would be the aproxamate price range and also how may i be able to use this tool? i would also apreciate an image or two:) thank you:)
I am assuming that your rental agreement has nothing to say or help you with on this.soYou will need to have some proof of thisYour gas bills alone will not sufficeIf you can get a hearter repair company to give you a written statement that the landlord's heater is deficient and causing you to spend X dollars per month more then necessary, then you will have the ability to address the matter 1) Write the landlordGive him the letter and demand a repiar2) No repair? Is there a rental authority in your city? Take it there3) No official venue? You have two possible options a) You can deduct this amount from the rent for each month where the tempertaure has been below a certain level for a certain length of timeObviously you can not deduct it in the summer when the heater is not usedand just as obvious if the outside them is -20 all month you probhad the heater on all the timeSomewhere in between, in the grey area, is the limit line that you need to find b) You can file a small claims action for each month that you spend moneyBut first you must demand that amount from the landlordBUTif it is legally allowable in your areaeither of the above options will likely get you evictedso its a rock and a hard placegood luckmeantime buy some blankets and coatsand plug your electric heater into the landlords socket (grin) .
Q:Will mineral water help with constipation?
Yes, i would think you Cook faster in Aluminum-Foil than Parchment
Q:green alternative for wool?
Yes, you should just have to make several batches though.
Q:so i have a white blanket with some black on it and i washed it with some bleach and it made some of the black kinda a red color its a thick blanket and i dont know what to do please help
Bleach can only do so much.the problem is, too much soaking in bleach can actually destroy the fibers of the materialOnce it has been bleached and the stain did not come out, it is set inMy advice.either dye the blanket a new color (liquid cloth dyes work best) or use sharpies to turn your stain into an original work of art! Good luck!
Q:how do u make a fortune teller?
I would inspect the insulation under the floor and replace if neededI would then use plastic sheeting and staple it to the bottom of the trailer to protect the new insulation and create a thermal breakI would also put down a vapor barrier under the trailer to keep the moisture level downIf your on a slab then your OKI would use the 4x8 sheet foam like the other guy suggested 2 thick for backing the skirtingMake sure you ventilate and increase the air flow under it in the warmer months'
