1. Structure of Surface BOP Control Systems Description

Surface BOP control systems are used to control BOP, hydraulic choke and kill lines and dispensable equipments for blowout prevention during or refurnising well in oil and gas industry. Our BOP Control Systems are manufactures and inspected in accordance with API specifications 16D.

‍‍2. Main Features of Surface BOP Control Systems

● System equipped with two pump groups, namely the electric pumps with different flow rate and the ‍‍air-operated oil pumps to ensure system works normally in case of power failure. ‍‍
● Meets the requirement of closing all BOP stacks and opening hydraulic value and in the event that any accumulator bottle fails, the total liquid loss will not exceed 25%. 
● Pressure of annular preventer circuit in acumulator may be adjusted by remote air-operated regulation. 
● Control manifold of the remote control panel is equipped with an orifice as an inlet of the pressure source. 
● System can be provided with an alarm device that monitors the accumulator pressure, air supply pressure and liquid level in the oil tank. ‍‍
‍‍● System ca n be equipped with auziliary control panel that is sir-operated, electric heating device for oil tank, air-conditioner and explosion-proof electrical heating board. ‍‍‍‍
