I have not had to pull a carb since I started using the stuff. I also use it on my ATV, Lawn mower and chainsaw. I think the stuff is great.

Depends on the type of front axle/outer bearing style. If it's leaking enough for him to see it, get them BOTH replaced on that axle. You don't what to run out of oil!
