Specifications

loop chain type shot blasting machine
hanger shot blaster
over head hook
for casting forging parts

Loop chain shot blasting machine is designed and manufactured as continuous machine for the treatment of sensitive parts which cannot be tumbled in bulk loads, and for particularly complex, heavy, or large parts. The shot blasting machines with continuous monorail hooks allow processing a large volume of components greatly reducing the loading / unloading time as opposed to discontinuous blasting equipment with hooks. The parts to be blasted are supported by hooks mounted to an overhead rail system and subsequently transported into the blasting chamber. The flow can be continuous or discontinuous as required by the customer. With continuous flow shot blasting units, components later may be painted using the same transport rail system as used in the shot blasting process. In this way, unnecessary operator handling of the parts is eliminated further increasing productivity.

Q:Payback: Quebec, Inc., is purchasing machinery at a cost of $3,768,966. The company expects, as a result, cash flows of $979,225, $1,158,886, and $1,881,497 over the next three years. What is the payback period?

Q:what is difference between machinery and equipment?
A turbo-machinery engineer would be a specialty within the rotating equipment engineering category.
Q:I have a stepson who has a keen interest in combine harvesters and I had the idea to take him to see them being built at a farm machinery manufacturer somewhere, but have no idea who to enquire for about this and whether they would allow a factory tour to see these machines being put together. Does anyone have information that could be of help to me to arrange this for him as a surprise day out? Thanks.

Q:I have a go cart with a 6.5 horsepower general machinery small engine. The engine starts right up first pull but as soon as I press the throttle, the engine dies. The only way to use it is if you start the engine with the throttle being pushed, but if you let it idle for about 10 seconds after that it dies. Whats going on here??? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
clean carb...idles ok but given gas stalls....when u hit throttle u open letting in more air...not enough gas..
Q:would you be able to give reasons
the general consensus is that the type of financing should match the lifespan of whatever you're buying. so for heavy machinery, these are typically long-term assets. as such, you want to use long-term debt (such as a long-term bank loan). ideally, the best financing is cash (you buy it outright). other alternatives would be to give the seller a corporate bond which promises them payments, etc. loan agreements are another option.
Q:He plans to invest $20 000 every six months in an investment account with a view to replacing machinery. What interest rate will he need to meet his goal?(either use present formula A= P *(1-(1+i)^(-n))/ i or future formulaS = P *( (1+i)^(n) - 1)/ i, im not sure wich formula to use)PLEASE SHOW ALL WORKING OUTplease help me ITS URGENT
use S = P((1+i)^n-1)/i 275000 = 20000((1+i)^12 -1)/i ((1+i)^12-1)/i = 275000/20000 = 13.75 this can't be solved analytically as it is a polynomial of degree 12 feeding into wolfram alpha, i ≈ 0.0244147= 2.4415% now remember that this is the rate adjusted for periodicity, so interest rate needed = 4.883% <-------- check: --------- 20,000((1+0.04883/2)^12-1) /(0.04883/2) = $275000.48
