High Performance ASME Safety Valve For Steam Service

HTGS Series High Performance Steam Service Pressure Relief Valve is serviced for overpressure protection of power boiler, once-through boiler, reheater and other pressure vessel and pipe.
Our HTGS series product is fully designed and manufactured acording standard of ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section I, Power Boilers.

Product Information:

  • Manufactured according to ASME SECTION I

  • Size: 1 1/2" -- 6"

  • Pressure: 300LB -- 2500LB

  • Temperature: ±520°c

Product Feature:

  • The back pressure adjusting system utilizes the flowing steam to build and adjust back pressure, to ensure that lowdown is not more than 4% of set pressure.

  • Nozzle is welded with body, to make connection stable when it's serviced in the condition of high temperature and high pressure.

  • Connection of inlet and outlet is flange type, to make installation and maintenance easy.

  • Perfect guide design provides well alignment, to ensure that the operation of valve is agile and stable.

  • The selected materials are of high performance, which can be used in high temperature condition.

  • The nozzle and disc is faced with satellite, and lapped precisely.

  • Spring is produced through excellent technology, and tested under simulative service condition.

Q:will adding a bypass valve onto an air filter effect gas milage or horsepower?
bypass valves are for cars with forced induction IEturbocharger, supercharger it allows the air that would normally be expelled into the atmosphere blow off valve and instead putting it back into the intake which helps with less lag in building boost again. If your car is not turboed or supercharged then forget it.
Q:2003 Ford Focus SE2.0L SPI EngineAutomatic Transmission 145KPerfectly maintained since new!One of the pistons had snapped, yes the actual piston, it didn't mess up the walls, but I am hearing a LOT about these dropping valve seatsI intended to do an entire rebuild with a kit, but did it break BECAUSE of a droppedvalve seat?I don't know because I don't know what that isHelp is appreciated
highly unlikely , depends how the piston is broken often when revving too high the piston top will separate at a ring groove nothing to do with valve seats
Q:hi can any one help me ajust the valves on my 1981 xs650 witch side do i start on and any help will be great i was told it is not hard i an 72 years old and i do all my own tune ups but i forget thanks pop.
Remove both spark plugs. Remove all 4 valve inspection covers. Remove the Generator cover (L crankcase cover, round, 2 screws). It doesn't matter which side you start on. Turn the crankshaft in the direction the engine runs. Depending on which cylinder you're working on, watch that intake valve. When the rocker arm pushes it down, then comes back up, the piston is then moving up on the compression stroke. Continue turning until the piston is at top dead center. You can line up the T mark on the flywheel with the pointer, or look into the spark plug hole to see when the piston is at the top. Adjust the valve clearance for the intake exhaust valves on that cylinder. Repeat for the 2nd cylinder.
Q:My mum (73, non-smoker, not overweight) has been diagnosed with 2nd degree aortic valve stenosis 5 years ago. Now deteriorating. Her cardiologist sees her every 6 months and strongly recommends surgery. She is too scared as dad died during a coronary bypass op. Any tips how to gently make her feel better about the op? She heard on the radio that some valve replacements can be done via catheter, not necessitating open heart surgery and heart-lung-bypass. Is that true for aortic valves and is it likely to become mainstream soon? She lives in Germany, so I guess good centres would be Munich, Wuerzburg and Heidelberg. Any views very appreciated!
Unlike the mitral valve which can often be repaired, the aortic valve usually requires replacement. Once the decision is made to proceed with surgery, choices regarding the type of artificial valve (prosthesis) used should be considered. In broad terms there are two types of artificial valves or prostheses: mechanical valves and biological valves. A number of excellent mechanical replacement valves or prostheses are available today. Most surgeons have a particular preference for one valve over another related to technical factors (how they are sewn into place), however from the patient's point of view there is little if any difference between valves. The principle advantage of mechanical valves is their excellent durability. From a practical standpoint, they do not wear out. The principle disadvantage is that there is a tendency for blood to clot on all mechanical valves. Therefore patients with artificial valves must take anticoagulants or blood thinners for the rest of their life. There is also a small but definite risk of blood clots causing stroke. The decision on the type of valve used should be made in conjunction with your cardiothoracic surgeon and your cardiologist. Ultimately the choice will depend on a patient's preferences, lifestyle, and individual risks as determined by age and other medical conditions. I advice you to consult surgeryplanet, which is a global healthcare facilitator. They can give details about this surgery and the good centers for the surgery.
Q:I think on old AC units They had a different valve than the shrader. It might be called a king? Anyway, I can't get my gauge to read the pressure. The needles don't move at all. How can I measure, refill this type of HVAC?
Unless you are EPA certified, you have no business checking the refrigerant in old AC units. If you get caught, you could face a hefty fine.
Q:adjusting the overhead valves on briggs and stranton 14.5 engine
Roll the engine over until the valve is completely closed. You can do this by watching the valve close, then turn the engine over until it just strats to raise. Now turn it back half way. Now losen the rocker arm and place a .003mm to .005mm filler gage between the push rod and the rocker. Tighten the rocker arm nut down so that the filler gage pulls out with a light drag. Do this with the other rocker and you are good to go.
Q:i just replaced the head gaskets on my 1991 Acura Legend and When i put the timing belt on somehow it slipped and came loose I than tried to start it(not knowing it came loose) and it cranked hard and strong but no start. I just retimed the engine and put new timing belt set on it and when i started it the car blows grayish blackish smoke from the exhaust and has a really crazy idle. Could the valves be bent
Bent Valve Symptoms
Q:I went to turn the water off with the shut-off valve so that I could do some work on the toilet tank (replacing old and leaky fill valve) but the water won't shut off. I'm assuming that I'll need to replace the shut-off valve itself but could anything else be causing the problem? The funny thing is, the leaky fill valve that I wanted to replace has now stopped hissing and leaking and the tank seemingly fills fine. But of course the water can't be turned off completely.Just wanted to check make sure that there aren't anything else I should do or consider before I went off to replace the shut-off valve. Thanks
Youdont give much info here.Does the ballcock come back up after flushing, if it doesnt you can bend it gently upwards, so that the piece connected to it that stops off the water, works better. If its ok then best buy a new ballcock with the valve attached. The way these work is all to do with the floating ball at end of ballcock .When the ball is on top of the water , then the other end stops more water coming in.These are usually easy to sort out.
Q:Or could you put a blow off valve on a supercharger?
This Site Might Help You. RE: Do superchargers make the same sound as a turbo with a blow off valve? Or could you put a blow off valve on a supercharger?
Q:I know nothing about toliets - so please bare with me. The water valve underneath my toliet is dripping and I have to turn off the water in order for it to stop. It's really annoying to have to turn the water on when I want to flush it and have to empty out the container that is catching all the time. I think it has something to do with the valve itself and I'm PRETTY sure something behind it needs to be tightened - Has this happened to anyone else? What did you do?
Try tightening the connection where it enters the toilet tank.
