Product introduction

Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose (HPMC) is non-ionic cellulose ether, made by natural high polymer cellulose as raw material and series of chemical processing. They provide water retention and cohesiveness to mixtures. With special modification, it can be used to control thickening, water demand, workability, sag resistance, strength and other important properties of the final product.

It is widely used as thickener, adhesive, water preserving agent, film-foaming agent in building materials, industrial coatings, synthetic resin, ceramic industry, medicine, food, textile, agricultural, cosmetic and other industries.

ETICS/EIFS

To save cost of heating or cooling power, ETICS (EIFS) (External Thermal Insulation Composite System / Exterior Insulation Finish System) is used to apply thermal insulating material and reinforcing mesh to the exterior of buildings.

HPMC is used in this application as a functional additive to improve adhesion strength, workability and pot life. Also it helps to delay drying out of the mortar surfae.

Q:1. The additive inverse of a complex number z is a complex number a such that z + a = 0. What is the additive inverse of the complex number -2+4i ?2. The multiplicative inverse of a complex number z is a complex number m such that z ? m = 1. What is the multiplicative inverse of the complex number 1 - i ?I'm confused on how to do this and it would help if anybody could explain because i have a final over this tomorrow. THANKS
1. Additive inverse: To find the additive inverse find what the number added to will equal zero. So basically, set up an equation to finda." z+a=0 -2+4i+a=0 a=2-4i And so the additive inverse of -2+4i is 2-4i. (notice that it was simply the originally number multiplied by -1). 2. Multiplicative inverse: Basically the same thing only the two numbers are multiplied. z*m=1 (1-i)*m=1 m=1/(1-i) So that's the answer. I suppose you should probably simplify it though. 1/(1-i) * (1+i)/(1+i) [multiply by the conjugate of the denominator to get the complex number out of the denominator). (1+i)/(1-i?) (1+i)/(1--1) (1+i)/2 So that's you're answer.
Q:what works the best to add to the laundry to brighten clothes-thanks
Here are some tips to help you save some energy, as well as prepare your home for the winter weather: -Use foam pipe wrap on your hot water supply lines, to hold in heat during the cold weather. -Use foam pipe wrap on both hot and cold supply lines that are near the perimeter of your home, to help prevent those pipes from freezing and bursting, during the severely cold days and nights coming soon. -Consider purchasing a hot water heater blanket wrap and installing it, to hold the temperature of water in your water heater. -Use 6 mill(or heavier) clear plastic on basement windows, or other windows in your home, that may not get used. This will help reduce the draft at those locations, but will allow sunlight to radiate through. -Disconnect exterior garden hoses, and close shut-off valves to the spigots. Many pipe freezes occur at exterior hose spigots. -If you will be traveling during the colder time of winter, consider having your water systems winterized for the duration of your trip, especially if you will be gone for an extended time. Alternatively, have someone check-in on your home twice a day, to insure that your heating system is functioning properly. Many of the water damage service calls we receive, occurred while a client was out of town for an extended period of time. -Consider installing new insulation in your attic. Often times, you can recover what you spend on insulating your attic in as little as 5 years. -Don’t forget about your sump pump. Fast snow melts can increase the amount of water headed towards your sump pump. Make sure it is running properly all year round, to avoid costly water damage insurance claims, or possibly out-of-pocket water damage claims, if you’re not covered - insripoffs.blogspot.se/
Q:my 97 chev pu has 144000 miles on it and is using 1 to 2 qts per oil change. should i use a additive?
if you're changing oil every 3000 miles, it would be better to find the leak if there is no smoke. If there is smoke, try the additive. if you're changing every 10,000, just keep oil in it.
Q:What chemicals are used as additives in gasoline?
oxygenators (chemicals that supply oxygen atoms); currently ethanol is used. Methyl t-butyl ether was previously used but is banned because it ends up in the ground water (from underground leaking fuel tanks). Other addition like TCP (tri-cresyl phosphate; tolyl phosphate) from Shell are added as proprietary additives that are said to help the engine stay clean, etc.
Q:Such as tetraethyl-lead and other additives that might be important to mention in my essayThank you
depends on what your talking about if you are talking about it sitting and gumming up ?? Try some fuel stabilizer and crank it and let it run about once a month If your talking about the sulfur residue that you get from just every day riding try to find you some Motul fuel treatment it is formulated for motorcycles also try to find a place that sales ethanol free gas
Q:Additives and formulations for refractory materials
The water reducing agent refers to a substance capable of remarkably reducing the amount of water to be mixed, and also called a precipitation agent, while maintaining the flow rate of the refractory castable substantially constant. The water-reducing agent itself does not react chemically with the material composition to produce new compounds, but acts as a surface physicochemical.
Q:particularly an additive called Prolong ?
If it is new and a Toyata its gonna last forever anyway!!! Save your money! You don't need an oil additive. Just change oil every 3,000 miles and it will go forever!!!
Q:Maybe someone can help. A few years ago I watched a documentary about an additive that was being put into gasoline that had NO purpose whatsoever except to RAISE the PRICE. It told who the company that got a contract from the government , and it raised the price of gasoline approximately 30-45 cents per gallon. It had no benefits. I cant remember the name of it or the documentary , can anyone help?
Sounds like tax. I've never heard of something like that. Most additives like MBTE or Ethanol are supposed to either reduce pollution or replace some of the gasoline and reduce the overall consumption.
Q:Is good idea to use engine flush additives? for example 5 min flush before oil change.
never a good idea to flush an engine.
Q:Can you answer the question above?thanksKelly
When additive inverses are added the sum is 0. When multiplicative inverses are multiplied the product is 1. Since -3 + 3 0, the additive inverse is +3 Since (-3) x (-1/3) 1 the multiplicative inverse is (-1/3) This is one over the original (-3) which is -1/3
