5.FAQ

1.Q: What about leadtime ?
A: Normally the leadtime is 60days after we receive the deposit and confirm  the details. All the press machines we use is the best quality in China Yangli brand. The press machine leadtime from Yangli is 50days,  the best leadtime we can give is 60days.

2.Q: What's the lead time for moulds?
A: Normally the mould leadtime is 45 days after we confirm all the details with customer. Our professional mechanical enginners from Austria will design the mould according to the samples from customer, or by the specifications offered by customers.

3.Q:What kinds of mould you can make? and what is your strong point for the moulds?
A: we can make wrinkle wall mould and smooth wall mould both. For wrinkle wall mould we can make, 79" pan, fish pan, bbq pan. For smooth wall mould we can make muffin cup, and cake cup, tar cup, etc. We can also make 2 or 3 portion conatiner moulds as long as you offer us sample or specifications.  Our strong points are all our moulds are WEDMLS cut, which makes the mould more accurate and precise. Important materials likestainless steel parts we make in Austria. We also recut after heat treatment, which most of makers do not take this process.

Q:what is you favorite snack that you invented yourself?
I love me a ham sandwich with doritos smashed on itFried egg on toast, with peanut butter and mayoAgain, don't knock it til you've tried it!!! As nasty as it soundsLOL (did not invent that one) Pretzels dipped in white icing chocolate squares from the baking aisle - melt it and dip those little bitty ritz peanut butter cracker sandwiches in them and then let it hardenYa know, those bit size round crackers with peanut butter in them Got me a new double broiler and was coating half the stuff in the kitchen with chocolateand those actually turned out pretty goodQuesadillas - i use monterey jack cheese and remember to put butter on the inside with the cheese to make the cheese melt betterCook it in olive oil to make it real crispyThis works great if you have a wood burning stoveJust use aluminum foil and butter the outside of the tortilla rather than use olive oilSaw this one on tv - on According to Jim - and I'm half tempted to try itHALF I SAID !!! He took a stick of butter and dipped it into sugar and just ate it that wayLOL Called it a shame stick.
Q:My office is doing a pasta bar, but we don't know how to keep the pasta from getting rubbery and stuck togetherThe sauces are going to be kept in a different spot so people can pick what they wantAny ideas?
You can't just write Al O because the charges don't match up rightWhen Al is part of an ionic compound, it is always +3 and Oxygen is always a -2So to get an even charge you have to have 2 aluminums and 3 oxygens.
Q:Reposting with diagram, please help with geometry?
Could add horror story of buying small 70 year old ranch inspector viewed, thermopane windows, cold walls, and 1 winter later feel certain that the vinly job did nothing to help at allI have been told the house has wood planks over the 2x4 walls and no insulation insideThey took off the aluminum siding when they installed the styrofoam/vinyl I was thinking of maybe a foam injection but not now So do most of these vinyl jobs fail to insulate? What is the problemHave lived winter in house and can tell that house cannot be heated in below zero weatherHeat just goes straight out thru walls, have insulation in attic but unknown if rafter vents in placeRight now 4 inch thick over foot wide slabs of ice on eaves letting loose crashing to ground shaking basement adding insult to injury, this house passed thru 3 hands before arriving at mine with no disclosure of the problems, the last owner that sold to me bought at forclosure and sold to me 100% profitI expected what I saw, modernized small ranch reeking with conservatismAnd the entire town knew.

Q:When has George WBush ever lied about anything?
I think the WS6 was the Ram-Air induction modelGave it an edge in hp and torque over the regular engine.
Q:i have been trying to do my first couple lost foam castings and i am using the pink housing insulationi don't know if it is because of how dense the foam is or if i do not have the temp up high enough on the aluminum but it never takes the full shape of the moldany tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Personally I would probably tear up the floor and put down fiberglass battsThe cellulose will settle eventually and you will lose your insulation value with no way to fix itPlus, there is the light fixture issue and that I don't think blown in is really meant for horizontal cavities.
Q:Do you need root stimulant for air layering? I just did my first air layer on a japanese maple tree I have in my backyardI just took a twist tie, plastic back (the kind that you ged Carmel corn in) but the corn was in a paper bag, potting soil, and para film tapeI cut two slits around the bark of the branch and removed the barkI then slipped the bag over it and tieing it off with a twist tie and put just regular potting soil in the bagI then tied the other end of the bag with the para film tape and put aluminum foil over the bagI didn't use any rooting hormoneDo I need rooting hormone for it to work? How long will it take before I see little rootlets?
You don't mention adding waterIf you didn't, you need to do that nowAnd you need to check periodically to make sure the soil is still moistI have tested most commercially available rooting hormones (a compound containing synthetic auxins) and while they don't do any harm, most of them aren't very effective either If you have good conditions for air layering, you should see roots in three to four weeksExposing the cell to daylight will inhibit rooting so limit the number and length of inspections.
Q:Hello Everyone !I am working on a lightweight Hovercraft projectFor that I need to build a frame that is both low in weight but also should be strongThe loads on the frame will be a single person's weight (consider 60-65 kg) at the center and some other components spread around the frame (about 10-15 kg)I am planning to use Rods for the frameI wanted to know which material would be better for this frame - Aluminium or Stainless Steel rods ?Please give your opinion based on the parameters like weight, strength and price.Note:- Carbon Fibre is out of my budget.
Aluminium is not as strong as steel, but for the loads you're talking about it'll be be perfectly adequate and it's about 1/3 the weight of steelSo I'd go for AluminiumAlso you might want to consider hollow tubes rather than solid rods since they have a better strength to weight ratioHope that helps.
Q:what makes aluminum so ideal for recycling?
Go to the transit authority website and study the subway mapsIt's actually a pretty easy system to navigate, and there are maps on every train and in every stationAlso, people will generally be very helpful if you ask for directionsThe stations and trains are generally also well-marked, but you need to have a general idea of how the system works, i.ewhat uptown and downtown and local and express mean A travel guidebook [either printed or on line] will have a map of the system and info on how to use the system, as well as specific directions on how to get to various parts of the city and the different locationsFodor's and Frommer's are good ones.
Q:I've looked all around the internet but i can't find anything that even remotely close to real tin foilI would like to switch to tinfoil because aluminum foil has serious health effects from using.I know tin can leave a slight taste on the food you cook it in but why has it been removed just about altogether?
Kool aid isn't colour fast so it will fade over time if you're going to wash itYou can try fabric dye it's more permanent and about the same price if you get the powder stuffTry it out on a small amount first before you do the whole thing.
