Q:Grilling steak tonight and have a few New Potatos I'd like to put to useHelp!
Cut them in half, and place them on a large sheet of aluminum foilDrizzle them with a little olive oil, then sprinkle on some minced onion, and a little crushed basilFold up the foil to form a tightly sealed packet, and bake on the grill until the potatoes are tenderYou can substitute one of these herbs for the basil: dill, oregano, thyme, rosemary, minced garlic, dried parsley flakes.

Q:I am afraid that it might be mistaken for illegal Cocaine (met amphetamine).Well, I use it for my underarm hygieneNot really fond of using roll-onsI will be working abroad full time for 2 yearsDon't want to be caught up with the dilemma of where to find some when I am already thereSo, I am planning of bringing a bunchmay be 1/4 kilo will do.Thanks!
In my opinion if the material meets the airline safety requirements you can pack it in your checked luggage1/4 kilo is only a little more than 1/2 pound, so that is not really very much If it could be mistaken for an illegal substance I would be sure that it is in a marked original package from the manufacturer and I would get an MSDS for the material and pack it with the materialAn MSDS is a Material Safety Data SheetIt will tell the TSA baggage inspector what he needs to know about the material if he becomes suspicious about it Good luck and 73 from the Fisherman
Q:Why are aluminium compounds white whereas copper is red?
YesHeat is heat is heat is heatAlthough it's not ON your hair like a flat iron, it's still changing your hair's molecular construction(Yes, that is what heat/moisture does to hair)That's why when you blow-dry or flat-iron your hair too much, it eventually loses its original curl (if you had one)Rule of thumb: Everything in moderation.
Q:i'd like to make a small globe (two actually).i could probably paper mache the globe shape, but how do i put the map part of the globe on.is there a website where i can print it out maybe??? (my painting skills aren't good enough to try and paint all the continents, etc on a globe!)thanks for any ideas!!
How accurate do you want it to be? You could use scrapbooking paper with a map or globe theme to get the effect.
Q:not sure if i should purchase this new home; sewer in backyard, and totally finished in aluminum.hope someone can help
What an odd combination of finishing – building materialsIs the “brick” the normal 3 x 6 (approximately) red building brick? Or is what you are calling brick actually concrete blocks? I could understand the previous owner wanting to do something to cover-up concrete blocks, they’re structurally good for building but pretty much butt ugly unless the house design can support the concrete block lookCan’t imagine why anyone would want to cover up the “normal” red brick facing on a house, they are generally done very well and add immeasurable charm to the structure The only reason maybe the house was sheathed in siding is the brick underneath is in such bad shape they chose “cheap fix” and just covered over the mess? In case this is the issue, I would get a good trustworthy knowledgeable person to look underneath the “skin”, determine if there are real structural problems with the brick! Then make an offer on the house The only “benefit” to siding would be if insulation was added between the brick and the sidingThe added insulation factor is dependent on how thick the insulation is, and how sealed the insulation actually isInsulation with a bunch of air holes, or done poorly is no added benefit, and will only give vermin a place to live If the siding is simply “cosmetic” I would seriously consider taking off the siding, brick is much more classy and adds allot to the look and value of a homeThe other thing I would do is wander around the block-find people who have lived there for several years and ask them what the house looked like before the siding and why the siding was put on in the first place !! CHECK WITH THE NEIGHBORS!! hope this helps
Q:I want to vacuum seal many freezer bags full of food and want to use the Ziploc freezer bags if possible, though if there is a cheaper way that still keeps food fresh, that's fine as wellThanks!
I would give a go to a cheap blanket for her to useAlso, maybe when you are gone, you could put a sheet of heavy plastic down on your bed, so it's not very comfortableAfter awhile she may just give up on getting up thereIf you catch her, the spray bottle should do the trick, just remember to keep one handy.
