1.Structure of Direct Casting Aluminium Strip in Coils for Second Casting

Direct Casting Aluminium Strip in Coils for Second Casting is one semi-finished aluminium material. This strip can be rolled down to aluminium coil, sheet, circle ect.  The alloy AA1050 is widly used in building, industry ect. Its weight is much lower than steel. So many customers choosed aluminium material instead of steel.

Q:How does the surface finish affect the optical properties of aluminum sheet?
The surface finish of aluminum sheet can greatly impact its optical properties. A smooth surface finish can enhance the reflectivity and brightness of aluminum, making it more reflective and shiny. On the other hand, a rough surface finish can scatter and diffuse light, reducing the reflectivity and making the aluminum appear dull. Therefore, the surface finish plays a crucial role in determining the optical qualities of aluminum sheet.
Q:Which kind of material does aluminum sheet(aluminum oxide) belong to?
it's metal and belongs to hardware
Q:What is the cost of aluminum sheets?
The cost of aluminum sheets can vary depending on various factors such as the thickness, size, and grade of the aluminum. Additionally, market conditions and supplier pricing policies can also influence the cost. It is recommended to contact local suppliers or search online to get the most accurate and up-to-date pricing information for aluminum sheets.
Q:What does 3003-O aluminum mean?
3003 is a kind of AL-SI alloy of Al Mn alloyThere are four basic states of aluminum alloys:F--Free the condition of a product after a normal working procedure requires no special heat treatment or hardening, and the mechanical properties are not limited.H-- strain hardening statusO-- annealed state (the softest of all States)T-- heat treatment status
Q:is putting Aluminium foil behind the wind shield actually generate more heat and make the car hotter inside or make the car inside cooler? assume you put foil behind all windows.
Aluminum foil absorbs heat because the foil, like anything else, will absorb energy from a heat source according to thermodynamic principles. What that translates into is this: heat goes from where it is to where it isn't, or heat goes from where it's hot to where it's not. There are three ways for that to happen. One is convection, one is radiation and the third is conduction. If foil is exposed to flame, the hot combustion gases directly heat the foil when they come in contact with it. If the foil is sitting on the top of the range when the oven is on, the oven heats the air around it and convection currents are set. These convection currents take heat away from the oven and transfer it to things which the hot air passes over. Anyone who has had a hair dryer pointed at them knows what this is like. The skin reacts to the hot air. We feel it. Convection.
Q:I was quoted $5000+ to upgrade my house from 100A electric service to 400A. Part of the reason for the high cost is the cost of copper. What size copper wire is needed for 400A, and how much does it cost per foot? Would it be a lot cheaper to use aluminum wire?
Yeah, aluminum isn't allowed in new or renovated construction. The size of cable needed for 400A will be determined by the service provider. Probably 4/0 size cable. New service means a new panel and new wiring. 14/2 is suitable for lighting and general receptacle use up to 15A, but 20A is required for all kitchen outlets, so use 12/2. If you use 12/2 throughout, be sure to use 20 amp breakers in the panel. Since 14/2 is only rated up to 15A, if you use 14/2 with 20 amp breakers, you run the risk of overheating and causing a fire.
Q:If you're familiar with some of my previous questions, you'll know I have a thing for DC-3's, and I'd like to buy one and fix it up at some point in my life. I was looking at pictures on Google for my desktop background and saw several with shiny chrome/aluminum bodies. Well, first of all, is it chrome or polished aluminum? Second, would I be able to buy a DC-3 painted this God-awful forest green and put whatever it is (chrome/aluminum) on said plane? Or is it something that the plane has to be built with originally?
Polished aluminum... airplanes are not chrome plated... weight and the difficulty of electro-plating an entire aircraft are the reasons Could likely get some dissimilar metal corrsosion problems as well... Polished aluminum airplanes are absolutely beautiful, but it takes an incredible amount of work to get it that way, and a nearly equal amount of work to keep it up... plan on spending lots of time, money or both...
Q:What is the difference between aluminium plate 5A05 and 5A06?
The aluminum plate doesn't have this material. Have you made a mistake?Give you a full one,1, pure aluminum: Material: 1050/1060/1070/1100/ 1200/ thickness: 0.1---20mm width: 800---2200mm2, alloy aluminum: Material: 2A21/3003/5052/5083/6061/6082 /8011 thickness: 0.5---260mm width: 800---2800mm3 curtain wall Kaiping aluminum plate: Material: 1060/1100 thickness 0.95, 1.35, 1.85, 2.35, 2.7, 2.85mm, width 0.8---1.5m
Q:How many atoms are in a 2.80 cm* 2.80cm*2.80cm cube of aluminum?
2.8cm * 2.8cm * 2.8cm= 21.95 cm^3 is volume of Aluminum present Density of Al = 2.7g/cm^3 Convert volume of aluminum into grams of Aluminum, make sure your units cancel 21.95 cm^3 * (2.7g/1 cm^3) = 59.26 g Al Next, find how many moles of Al you have. MW Al = 27g/mol 59.26/27 = 2.19 moles Al Use Avogadro's number to find number of atoms of Al - 2.19 moles Al * (6.022x10^23 atoms/1 mol Al) = 1.32x10^24 atoms Al
Q:Can aluminum sheets be stamped or pressed?
Certainly, one can stamp or press aluminum sheets. Aluminum, being an extremely malleable metal, lends itself readily to shaping and forming via diverse manufacturing methods. Stamping and pressing are frequently employed techniques for fashioning elaborate designs, shapes, and patterns onto aluminum sheets. These procedures entail the exertion of pressure upon the sheet by means of specialized equipment, such as stamping presses or hydraulic presses, with the aim of altering the material and achieving the desired form. Industries such as automotive, aerospace, construction, and manufacturing extensively rely on stamping and pressing, as aluminum sheets are commonly chosen for their lightweight, durable, and corrosion-resistant attributes.
