Q:We are trying to find house plans for a new home and we want a daylght or walkout basement. We've been told that it would cost about $80.00 per sq ft. We are looking at plans that would have about 2,000 sq ft basement. That would be $160,000.00 just for the basement. Is this reasonable?
NO!!!! That is not reasonable. Prices are different in geographical area's and the type of basement will affect the cost as well. No matter where you live you will require a survey company. They will take your plot plan and draw your house on in complying with your municipal set back ordinances. This is required for your permit as well. approx. $1200 After permit, they will stake out property for a excavator to dig the basement to bottom of footing height and/or 4ft below frost. In your case of a walk out basement, they walk out area (basement floor height and ground level are the same) will be 4 ft below grade. Your excavator should also trench and install sewer and water lines from street to basement. Their contract should include back fill. approx $2500 A cement contractor will install footings, and foundation. Here's where you need to pay attention to price and what you are receiving. They should include the water proofing in their installation price. There price is also reflected on size of home as well as wall height, and number of corners and footing steps. Materials should be supplied by them. For a 2,000 feet Sq. and 8ft concrete wall, cost should be no more than $30,000. This is thumb calculations. Even at 40,000 is still only 20/ft far away from 80 That's your basement. Your excavator will return to back fill and your ready to install the house
Q:For example, he can climb the slope is too steep. How much will a somersault. From the big slope down should be greeted. What will the general excavator somersaults in what circumstances. Thank you...
Six, pipelinesEach city has a complex underground pipe network, excavator working in urban areas need to pay special attention to mining, underground pipelines, ruptured or Waduan pipeline is very dangerous, but most did not see drawings of the underground pipe network, do not know the location and depth of pipeline, which requires the driver to pay special attention to in the work. Because the pipeline is mostly the excavator landfill, so we can also according to the experience of the pipeline position to do some estimation and judgment, is the general pipeline and road parallel to or in the roadbed or green belt, and a manhole cover, manhole cover will indicate the name of the pipeline, to a manhole cover line is pipeline. Usually a road is buried under a variety of pipelines, the deeper is the rain and sewage, mostly cement pipes used before, and now use bellows. Then some shallow is tap water and gas pipe, the tap water is very thick cast iron pipe, gas pipe is the appearance of a protective layer, and now the use of pe. A bit more shallow is power and communications, usually in the exterior protected by a PVC tube, with wires or cables. Including water, electricity and gas are very dangerous, if you Waduan defense military fiber optic cable is very serious consequences, excavation operations in urban areas must pay special attention to.
Q:Drag Line Excavator - Are there any Digging Functions where this kind of Excavator can't be used?
Any kind of precision trenching or digging where accuracy is required, such as foundations, etc requires a backhoe or other controlled digging device. A drag line is better for open pit mining or other kinds of excavation where accuracy is not as important.
Q:Im looking for new tires for my 1987 Suzuki 250 QuadRunner 4x4. I came across some a tire called the Duro Excavator HF274. It is exactly the kind of tire that I want because it is good for mud and snow. It is a 4ply tire. But what im not sure about is if it might be to heavy for my quad and if the treads are going to be to agressive for the transmission on my quad becasue it is only a 250cc.
It looks like a good tire to me. The four ply is a plus, because you don't have to worry as much about puncturing a tire.
Q:Thanks for reading. I've wanted to participate in an Archeological dig since college after taking two classes on the subject. Any suggestions on where/how I could get involved with a dig as an amateur? Preferably somewhere warm of course.
When you search the AIA look at the listings carefully: many are commercial ventures which want you to pay a fair amount for the 'privilage' of digging with them (rather than a university project which needs volunteers). Even if you have no experience, there are better options (trust me on that).
Q:How about automatic flameout of excavator?
Two, new equipment or condition has been good, is too much moisture in diesel, or diesel filter plug, or air filter plug, leading to inadequate combustion in the engine, the symptoms are black smoke, suppress the car flameout. The solution is..:1. check that the oil circuit has been damaged, leaked or blocked.2. water the diesel tank and oil-water separator every morning before the train starts.3. often do maintenance, often change the filter, the engine is worth more than the filter.4. and the formal way to diesel, fuel in the fuel tank cover stockings filter.5. clean the tank every other period of time (3~6 months)
Q:Does any one know what type of gearboxes fit with the toyota 1.5L vvt-i 1nz-fe?
We deal in parts for excavator, usually all the parts have the part number.Maybe your gear box also has its part number, you can check it,and enquire the parts agent.
Q:Sometimes long term, some times short term - per job basis. How do the dr. and cr.? I can see it being both a COGS and an expense account. What is the proper method and how would my journal entries work?
If the equipment is used directly in the construction side of the project, e.g. excavators, then the equipment is a direct cost and I would include it under COGS. If the equipment is like an overhead projector you use when you make a sales pitch before you got the contract, that would be a selling expense. Dr Equipment rental expense xxx Cr Cash or accounts payable xxx
Q:Does any one know if an Australian LE excavator license is accepted in Norway?
I would assume that it will be accepted, but you have to apply to have it vetted by the Norwegian authorities. I have provided some links that might be of some help. According to the Accreditation Authorities this is the process for your profession: Excavator operator (Gravemaskinf?rer) Application process You must send your application with a copy of your driving licence to Arbeidstilsynet Oslo, by letter, e-mail or fax. You must supply a translation of your driving licence if it is issued in a language other than English or one of the Nordic languages. In the application you must state the postal address of the person who will receive the letter of authorisation (preferably your employer). For more info see the link below.
