Product description
A geomembrane is very low permeability synthetic membrane liner or barrier used with any geotechnical engineering related material so as to control fluid (or gas) migration in a human-made project, structure, or system. Geomembranes are made from relatively thin continuous polymeric sheets, but they can also be made from the impregnation of geotextiles with asphalt, elastomer or polymer sprays, or as multilayered bitumen geocomposites. Continuous polymer sheet geomembranes are, by far, the most common.
Overall features & benifits
1. Low Permeability - HDPE lining systems are secure because leachate does not
Penetrate them; Methane gas will not escape from the HDPE cover system; And
Rainwater will not infiltrate an HDPE cap.
2. Chemical Resistance - HDPE, resistant to a wide range of chemicals, is not threatened by typical solid or hazardous waste leachates.
It is also suitable for sludge and secondary containment around chemical storage facilities.
Applicaion
Flood control, Irrigation
Waterproofing Dams
Waste management: Landfill
Municipal Solid Waste
Wastewater Containment
Anaerobic Lagoon Cover Systems
Lagoon Liner Systems

A: Yes, please check the pictures:
- Q:Are geotextiles suitable for use in geotextile-reinforced soil walls?
- Yes, geotextiles are suitable for use in geotextile-reinforced soil walls. Geotextiles are commonly used to reinforce soil and stabilize slopes or walls. They provide strength and stability to the soil, preventing erosion and improving the overall performance of the structure. Geotextiles also act as a filter, allowing water to pass through while retaining the soil particles. This makes them an ideal choice for geotextile-reinforced soil walls, where the geotextiles help to distribute loads and enhance the structural integrity of the wall.
- Q:What are the key properties to consider when evaluating geotextiles?
- When evaluating geotextiles, some key properties to consider include the strength and durability of the material, its filtration and drainage capabilities, its resistance to UV degradation and chemical exposure, as well as its permeability and compatibility with the intended application. Additionally, factors like cost-effectiveness, ease of installation and maintenance, and environmental sustainability should also be taken into account.
- Q:Waterproof geotextile market demand prospects?
- Supply geotextile, geomembrane, composite geomembrane and other geotechnical materials. Market prospects are excellent. Geotechnical material manufacturers to answer your questions
- Q:Can geotextiles be used in erosion control in agricultural fields?
- Yes, geotextiles can be effectively used in erosion control in agricultural fields. Geotextiles are permeable fabrics that can stabilize soil and prevent erosion by retaining sediment and allowing water to pass through. They are commonly used in agricultural practices such as slope stabilization, soil erosion prevention, and filtration. By placing geotextiles in areas prone to erosion, they can help to reduce soil loss, improve water quality, and enhance the productivity and sustainability of agricultural fields.
- Q:Can geotextiles be used for reinforcement of canal banks?
- Yes, geotextiles can be used for the reinforcement of canal banks. Geotextiles are permeable fabric materials that are commonly used in civil engineering applications for soil stabilization and erosion control. When used in canal banks, geotextiles can provide additional strength and stability to the soil, preventing erosion and protecting the banks from damage caused by water flow.
- Q:Where is the geotextile in the municipal works?
- Conservation, consideration, there is more green and more Chinese geotextile material manufacturers
- Q:How are geotextiles used in sports field construction?
- Geotextiles are used in sports field construction to enhance the stability, drainage, and longevity of the playing surface. They are commonly installed beneath the turf to provide separation between the subbase and the playing surface, preventing the migration of fines and ensuring proper filtration of water. Geotextiles also help to distribute loads evenly, reduce soil compaction, and prevent the formation of ruts and depressions on the field. Overall, geotextiles play a crucial role in creating high-performance and durable sports fields.
- Q:Can geotextiles be used for erosion control in river channels?
- Yes, geotextiles can be used for erosion control in river channels. Geotextiles are permeable fabrics that are designed to stabilize soil and prevent erosion by providing structural support and enhancing filtration. They can be installed in river channels to control erosion by reinforcing the riverbanks, protecting against scouring, and promoting vegetation growth. Geotextiles can effectively reduce sediment transport and maintain the stability of river channels, making them a suitable option for erosion control in these environments.

- Production standards geotextile, geomembrane, composite geomembrane.
- Q:Can geotextiles be used in geosynthetic reinforced walls?
- Yes, geotextiles can be used in geosynthetic reinforced walls. Geotextiles are commonly used as a separation layer between different soil types in reinforced walls to prevent soil mixing and promote proper drainage. Additionally, they can provide additional tensile strength and stability to the wall structure.
