- Iron (II) Sulfate formula is FeSO4 That is 1--Iron,1-Sulfur,4-Oxygen Atomic weights are Fe-56 S-32 O-16 (4 O- 64) Add them up and you get 152 thats why one mole weighs 152 grams So one mole of Iron(II) Sulfate has 56 grams of Iron in it. To get 28 grams of Iron would be one half mole or 76 grams of Iron (II) Sulfate. Make Sense ?

- Iron is needed for your body to transport Oxygen. The Oxygen gets bound with red bloodcells and transported this way. (Oxygen is transported through plasma for only a small percentage). So the more Iron you have, the more red bloodcells can carry Oxygen, the more oxygen can be transported the easier exercising will be. BUT, there's always a but. When you're taking in too much iron (only caused by taking supplements when not needed) you may get poisoned. In some (extreme) cases this can cause death. My advice: let your MD take a blood sample and analyse it. See what your iron-count is. When it's too low, take some supplements for 2 months.

Cellular toxicity: The absorption of excessive quantities of ingested iron results in systemic iron toxicity. Severe overdose causes impaired oxidative phosphorylation and mitochondrial dysfunction, which can result in cellular death. The liver is one of the organs most affected by iron toxicity, but other organs such as the heart, kidneys, lungs, and the hematologic systems also may be impaired. End result of corrosive and cellular toxicity is significant metabolic acidosis due to several factors. - Hypoperfusion due to significant volume loss, vasodilatation, and negative inotropic effect of iron will result in lactic acidosis. - Inhibition of oxidative phosphorylation will promote anaerobic metabolism. Individuals demonstrate signs of GI toxicity after ingestion of more than 20 mg/kg. Moderate intoxication occurs when ingestion of elemental iron exceeds 40 mg/kg. Ingestions exceeding 60 mg/kg can cause severe toxicity and may be lethal.

- Considering that Spiderman has something called Spider Sense and fast reflexes then my money is on Spiderman. However, Iron Man has many tools in his arsenal. They fought 3 times recently and by my count Spidey won twice. However, it took a lot out of Spidey to win. The fight could have easily gone the other way in favor of Iron Man. I bet if Iron Man really wanted too, he could come up with some defenses to totally stop Spiderman but if he's not prepared for Spiderman, then Spiderman will win. So it all depends. However, Iron Man really doesn't take things seriously until things get serious. Spidey may joke around but he always take things serious. His joking is a way to mask his fears. Iron Man thinks he's an unbeatable stud. Could be his undoing.
