We produce the annealed wire with high-quality low carbon raw materials through wire drawing, anneal process. Its soft and has good stretching resistance. The finished products are smeared with slushing oil. So they are not apt to rust. We can tie up the products according to customers requirements, ranged from1 to 50 kg each bundle. And we can also make the annealed wire into U type carbon steel wire, straight cut wire etc. It is mainly used as tie wire or binding wire in construction.

Q:I have a 200 amp main breaker just below my meter, which is mounted on a pole. The neutral wire coming in is run to ground. From this box, I've run 2 cables (1/0) ~80 ft to another box with a 150 amp main breaker. This box is grounded to an 8ft ground rod. I am wondering whether this setup (no neutral wire from meter pole to building) would potentially allow a ground fault without tripping the 200 amp main. For example, if somebody dug into the line with a backhoe? Oh yeah, the cable is in a 3ft deep trench that will be covered. Q:cat chewed two wires computer speaker wireand wii sensor bar wire well i can't just buy new ones or replace the wire so i need to reconnect them some how using insulated ferrules and electric tape and wire strippers any suggestions how to do this properly do i crimp them together with insulated ferrules or solder them together?what else can i do?i'm clueless how this worksneed help: A temporary fix would be to strip about 1/2 to 3/8 inch of insulation off each wire and twist appropriate wires together and fasten with wire nuts. A permanent fix would be to strip and twist then solder then cover with electrical tape and only electrical tape, no duct or masking tape.

Q:my light stopped working ( a chandalier ). It has brown wires, blue wires, red wires, beige wires, and white wires.: Wow, this is a first. most lights have just two wires a black<hot and a white<neutral wire and you just hook black to black using a wire-nut and the same with the white wire and the switch completes the circuit. In some ceiling fans they have blue or brown wires that are also hot to run to the lights at the bottom of the ceiling fans to power that but a chandelier should not have all of that. You might want to call in an electrician for this particular problem because if its a junction box with other wires hooked into that area it could cause a fire or worse a loss of life if you don't know what your doing and disconnect the electricity from the electrical panel by shutting off the power and checking it with a meter. Hope this helps and I would love to see a pic of that chandelier that has that many different color wires!!! wow

Q:Are those coils of wires in an electric fan magnetic?: coils of wires always are magnetic (if there flows current trough them). the only use of such a coils besides as a magnet would be to deminish fluctuations, like in the fat piece of long usb cables. Else, its always magnetic

Do i have to use solid copper wire?: Selecting the wire gauge is the easiest part : AWG 12 for a 20 amp receptacle or AWG 14 for 15 amps. Solid wiring is standard for receptacles ( stranded is used in applications where flexibility during or after installation is required). Where will you take power from? Can the circuit you tap carry the additional load? 3 conductor (L1,L0,Ground) BX is the most desirable for indoor wiring at 120v or220v. Will your receptacle be in a kitchen, a bathroom, or near a good ground? If so it should be a GFCI.Will you be able to identify the the circuit's polarity, and verify ground contiuity? Even with three conductor BX, you will want to be sure to use bushings between the conductors and the rough edges of the BX, and to connect the fittings securely at the junction boxes. The actual details and skills required to install a receptacle take years to learn. Take the time to browse through a how- to book or hire a licensed electrician if you want safe reliable work.

Q:Car audio wiring diagram: If you cannot get a wiring diagram for your stereo or car. It's still pretty simple to install a stereo. You basically just gotta color code all the wires. Red sometimes orange is power wire, black is ground, blue is remote the rest are speaker wires. Look for wires that are identical such as light blue light blue with a white stripe, gray dark gray with a white stripe etc.....

Q:How doI wire a ceiling chain light to wall switch? I want to stop using the chain to turn the light on and off. I hane already installed the wall switch and the wiring in the box but not sure how to connect the wiring in the box to the ceiling light wiring.: Black wires (hot) to the switch, white wires (neutral) and ground connected with wire nut. Should have a hot, a neutral and a ground on your light fixture, black is hot.
