Q:I‘m looking for a new Semi-auto (light-weight) shot gun that I can put a rifled barrel on and use as a slug gun. I was looking around and found out Benelli‘s semi-autos have an inertia system instead of a gas one. Does that system still use the recoil of the gun? How does it work different from the gas. (and if you know of any good light-weight semi-auto slug guns please feel free to post any oppinions or info on that) (except Remingtons, I can‘t stand em)

I have an M1 tactical with a pistol grip and ghost ring sights. I have mixed and matched a variety of different rounds in the tube and have had no trouble or any jams. For example, I have loaded skeet, a 2.75 slug, skeet, a 3 inch BBB goose load, skeet, etc. It shoots them all without a hitch. I don't know if I would call it light weight, but it shoots slugs good with the ghost ring sights, and is a well-made weapon.

Q:When the computer is in a brighter environment, it will not allow me to turn on the keyboard light, however its rather extreme and most of the time it will not even work unless the room is totally dark. Is there some way to force it to come on even if it is moderately bright in the room?

About two gallons left. You shouldn't run your auto below a 1/4 of a tank because you are pumping all the water and trash out of the bottom of your tank and going straight to your fuel system. Also, below 1/4 your fuel pump doesn't have any fluid to work in to keep it cool, so get ready to replace the fuel pump too. You are way below 1/4 when the light comes on, so put some fuel in it before it cost you.

Q:All the lights are surging brighter to dimmer when the car is at idle. This includes the headlights and all of the accessory light bulbs.

You probably have a 10 year old battery (unless it has been recently changed). The charging system is trying to compensate.

You need to pull DTC's with a scanner. Most likely since the car is jerking, the VSS (vehicle speed sensor) on the transmission is bad.

Q:Last night the power went out, and today my monitor keeps flashing Auto Adjust in Progress. I‘ve tried about everything I can think of; pressed the auto adjust on the screen itself, rebooted, updated my drivers. The last time this happened I found a file in my global start up that seemed to be causing the problem, and got rid of it and the message stopped, but that file isn‘t there anymore (it came from my isp‘s installation disc--i was trying to fix a different problem with it), and I‘m not sure what to do. It sounds like your computer isn't booting up. If you have another system, or maybe can borrow a laptop, try the monitor on another system. I am honestly guessing there is nothing wrong with the monitor, and your system is out to lunch somehow. Try booting your system from a floppy disk. Watch the drive lights on the system and see if it appears to be trying to boot at all. If it does seem to be trying to boot, try another video card.

No, a check engine light usually illuminates to let you know of a problem with your emissions system or serious engine fault. Stop by the nearest auto parts store and ask them to pull your computer codes. This will give you a starting point in reaching a good diagnosis of the problem.

I would have to say, I don't know. Unless they don't know what they are doing which is possible. If the light is on, there has to be SOMETHING wrong. You may have to go to a place that charges you to get the right diagnosis. You can try another discount auto parts store if there is one available in your area. Most common causes are faulty o2 sensor and gas cap that wasn't tightened all the way. ( 3 clicks.)
