Q:In my mind it was and still is one of the most dangerous matches in wrestling history in my mind what's your opinion on the scaffold match?: The Scaffold Match should never have been done. Ever. Not just because of the danger of serious injury and death should something go wrong, but because the environment itself makes it impossible for the boys to DO anything. I occasionally have to use scaffolds at my job. They are rickety, wobbly structures I DON'T want to be on. We have certified, highly-trained professionals constructing them, so they aren't likely to fall or crumble, but the surface you stand on is small, very high off the ground (or floor), and each step you take causes the damn thing to wobble. I couldn't imagine attempting to wrestle anybody on top of the thing. I've seen many Scaffold Matches over the years and every one of them is the same. Two (or four) large men standing on a rickety, wobbly plank ten-fifteen feet above the ring. Each step they take causes the scaffold to sway and wobble and their arms shoot out to balance themselves. They can't wrestle, they can't push each other, they can't hardly even punch each other for fear they will lose their balance and fall off. The whole match is a dull and boring jockeying for position while the guys hang on for dear life. And the point of the match to determine a winner IS to push your opponent off the scaffold, which always means somebody falls down, grabs a hand-hold under the plank and gets his hands stomped on to cause the fall. Outside of the ghoulish spectacle of seeing a wrestler possibly get seriously injured there is no point to the match. Thankfully, outside of a couple of serious knee injuries (Jim Cornette being the most famous), nobody has had their career ended (or been killed) from doing this ridiculous match.

Q:I got mine done about 10 weeks ago, with the two rings either side of the ear to give it healing space, then about 2 weeks ago, got the bar put through it... but I still can't sleep/lie on it comfortably. How long after getting the piercing, roughly, have people been able to sleep on their without it hurting?: It takes 6-12 months for a cartilage piercing to heal when done properly with a needle and double that time if a gun was used. I don#x27;t know why they pierced you with rings (should never be used in a scaffold#x2F;industrial piercing) and especially why they changed it to a bar so soon. You should have been pierced with a bar to begin with because changing the jewelry like that causes irritation and prolongs healing time. I think you need to find a different piercer.

Q:I'm 15 atm, I want either an industrial piercing now or a scaffold piercing that I can connect later. I may be getting a scaffold piercing instead, seeing as school regulations here probably won't allow a full industrial. It might just be a phase but I've wanted one for a while, and if I don't like it I can always just keep the scaffold piercing if I decide to get that.What I'm wondering is: Are there any people who have an industrial? does it annoy you? does it get infected easily? and how long did it take to fully heal?I'd appreciate all answers, even if you only know someone with one. Thanks in advance.: max said it perfect.. just keep it clean .. dont get that industrial caught on anything itll rip half your ear off ive seen it and that will cost alot to fix and is permanent .. so be careful climbing trees etc .. doing kid stuff with advanced piercing work.

Q:is it safe to get an industrial/scaffold and weaving piercing at the same time?: It's not SUPER dangerous, but I wouldn't recommend getting them at the same time.

Q:My current bar, my first ever bar, is about 43mm long, but it has a large gap from my ear to the balls, either side (1/2 cm each side)What length(mm) bar should I get now?: There is no way to know, everyone's ear is a different size so length of the bar is going to vary from person to person. Go to another piercer to have them fit jewelry to you.

Q:I live on the second floor of an apartment building the scaffolding is all around the windows. When the men are working, they are just a few feet away! It's awful. Anyway to find out when this hideous mess will come down?: Well on every building that has construction on it there's a little section that he paper work and permits all over it ( usually at street level) so I'm going to guess if you can obtain the constructions companies phone number from those paper you can call and ask when the scaffolding is coming down.
