- Q:A mobile phone company sent me a bill of a contract phone without discussing that contract with me or even discussing the price plan with me and wreorst of all not even sendind me a phone.I refused to pay the bill after contacting them.They explained they ASSUMED i will like it because they had contacted me on phone to discuss the contract and unfortunately i was busy and promised to contact them and i did not.I think that it is the customer who should decide on a price plan or whether he/she wants the contract.My problem is that i have been taken to a debt collector and i was threatened by them to idea pay it or have a bad credit history.I paid immediately and yet still they went ahead and took the decision to give me a bad credit rating.What should i do?
- First, legally they must have a signed agreement. Even if they contacted you on the phone, they needed to send you a hard copy agreement to sign and return/fax. If you did not sign this agreement, or initial something on-line, then they have no right to bill you for it. However, this is voided if you use the equipment they sent you or don't respond within 90 days. Call Customer Service, firmly, but politely ask to talk to a manager then tactfully ask that they fix you credit, credit your account or you will have to take steps through your legal team.

- Android phones can't be used on Assurance Wireless, unfortunately. Assurance Wireless only lets you use (some) other Virgin Mobile phones, not including their Android phones (or Blackberry).

There's obviously the choice between a blackberry and an iphone, but I have no idea what's a good deal and what's not? And also any other types of android mobiles which are really good? I prefer qwerty keyboards but if anyone can suggest a good touchscreen one that would be good too. - hello, i'm with 3, i've got been with them for over 6 years now. you would be waiting to get a reliable telephone on an 18 month plan. on the 2d i'm on a 2 twelve months plan, ?20 a month. i'm getting 1mb internet allowance a month, endless texts, endless 3 to 3 minutes and 500 minutes to any community/landline. And that renews each month. i've got in no way had any problems with them, and consistently stumbled on the shopper help very reliable. desire that helps. xx

- It depends on the model of phone you have, but generally most phones through T-Mobile will operate in other countries. Your best bet, however, is to purchase a local SIM card for your phone (they are easier to buy in Europe than in the States) so that when you make phone calls, you don't wrack up a tremendous bill. If you call from Poland to the States, or from Poland to anywhere else in Poland, from your US cellphone SIM card, you're going to be looking at a very expensive phone bill.

- Is using a cell phone while driving illegal where you are? It isn't everywhere (ie. Ontario, Canada) If it is: My guess is that he/she saw you using the phone and you thought you were very clever by stuffing it into the side pocket when the officer stopped you. People to similar things with seat belts. You see them not wearing it and when you pull them over it has miraculously appeared, and they innocently will swear on their dead grandmother's graves that they were wearing it the whole time.
