- 1. No need to be secured, the ladder inside the crane tower has many platforms. It's actually a heap of ladders and platforms not a single ladder. Usually the ladder is surrounded by a cage that would catch you if you fell. Once at the top there are handrails everywhere, you just make your way to the cabin. 2. Average here in Australia is about 1500 to 2000 non union and 2500 to 3000 union. 3. Not worried climbing but if there is a thunderstorm and you are in the cabin it can be scary 4. You shouldn't climb the crane when it's rainy as its all steel it is slippery if wet but sometimes it cannot be helped. You should wear non slip boots too

- Well, ..., it flies away and crashes in the distance. In the coming days the MRO will fly over the landing site and send pictures back of both the parachute, Heat Sheild, Capsule, and Sky Crane. In the meantime watch the video below.
