Q:Im 17 years old and im looking for employment just somewhere simple that any kid in highschool would work.this is the first resume i've ever written and i was just looking for some feedback and advice for areas of improvement. basically what i want to know is if you were a hiring manager and you looked over my resume would you call me in for an interview?

It's a really good start, but I would make a few suggestions: 1) You don't need to list references on a resume; take them to the interview and provide them if you are asked for them. 2) You have a lot of information on here; most hiring managers will not spend a lot of time looking at your resume so less is more provided you effectively highlight your skills. Make sure it fits on one page. I would probably leave out the activities and interests section entirely or cut it down to no more that 3 or 4 bullet points. Likewise, your volunteer experience and honors sections should be cut down significantly or you could list a variety of volunteer experience as one bullet point under the heading summary of qualifications. 3) Finally, I would change your objective statement to say, Pursue entry level employment in culinary arts, retail, customer service OR business management (although you should obviously make OR lowercase). You should say or instead of and because I'm assuming you want a job in one of these fields, not all of them at the same time. :-) Good luck!

Just using a rough guess... you can probably only afford $178K in a mortgage with your yearly income and negative credit. Depending on where you live, I don't know if you can even purchase a home for that (you can't in the Metro area I live in). That could be part of the problem. And, it also depends on what the negative credit is in. If you were on the foreclosed property that definitely would have something to do with it. Otherwise, check the site below and fill in your actual information and see what you can afford.

I have heard good and bad things about it. I use calcium sand, there is a very low risk of impaction. also white paper towels work. good luck

Q:Is pulling heavy equipment on lowboys heavier than 53 ft 80,000 trailer? If not, why do the trucks pulling heavy equipment have wide based steer tires and 3 drive axles?

There are lots of things hauled on the road that are more than 80,000 pounds. A 40 ton excavator for example. Then when you get into industrial equipment, power station transformers, oil refinery components etc. That's when you see the pilot vehicles and oversize trailers to spread the load over multiple axles. To move that sort of load needs multiple drive axles, so they often use more than one truck, and even push / pull arrangements.

yes. you have more than enough truck to tow this. my uncle and i pulled a semi up a hill with his. so yeah... youve got truck. dont under estimate it. car trailer should do it. but at least get a tandem axle. most tandem axle trailers already have brakes so if u hook everything up you're good to go. 7 pin = braking. however a brake controller (sits up in the cab and controls how much work the trailer brakes are doing) is strongly reccomended) 4pin= lights only. if you do get a car trailer. look at what its maximum capacity is. go to a trailer dealer. (the one ur going to buy from) and ask them which trailer best suits your needs (they tend to know what they're doing) and when i say car trailer i mean flatbed that weighs well more than you can push around by hand
