High voltage cable
higher long-term working temperature and greater current rating.
xlpe insulated steel tape armored cable

The XLPE insulated PVC or PE sheath high voltage power cable

The power cable as one of our main products, the specification and appliance of the power cable are listing as follows:

1.The standards

The power cable is mainly complying with IEC 60502 standard,  also can be produced according to OEM requirements and other standards, such as BS, DIN, ASTM, VDE, NFC standards, and so on.

2.the construction of the power cable for different voltage grade

2.1 low  voltage  cable power cable

Low voltage (0.6/1 kv)

single core or multi-core

copper or aluminium conductor

pvc inusulation

steel tape armored or galvanized steel wire armored or unarmored

pvc outer sheath

power cable.

2.2 medium voltage cabel power cable

Voltage grade is up to 35kv,

cross-section area can be up to 1000 sqmm  (copper or aluminiun conductor).

Conductor long-time  operating temperature is 90 degrees.

In short circuit, conductor  highest temperature should be not more than 250 degrees.

1kv-35 kv

multi-cores

copper or aluminium conductor

xlpe insulation

copper tape or copper wire screen

galvanized steel wire armored

pvc or pe sheath

power cable

2.3 high voltage cable power cable

High voltage (35kv~220kv)

copper or aluminium conductor

xlpe insulation

metal sheath (lead or corrugated aluminium)

hdpe or pvc outer sheath power cable.

Laying conditions: for lyaing  under ground with large different  altitude, be able to bear external machanical force and moderate pulling force.

3. the power cable's characteristic:

3.1 long time operating temperature for cable conductor is 90 degrees.

3.2 the highest temperature of the conductor in short circuit (no longer than 5 seconds) in not more than 250 degrees,

if a joint is in the cable, the temperature of the tinning welding joint is not more than 120 degrees, compressing joint not more than 150 degrees and electro-welding joint not more than 250 degrees.

3.3 no drop in limited provided there is full mechanical tention when cable is laid. It si forbidden to lay cable in iron-pipe or to fix cable by circling around the cable with iron materials.

3.4 being laid, the minimum temperature of the cable shall not be lower than zero degree. In the case of lower temperature, heating measures shall be taken.

Q:cable laid in the GI trays and temperature is 30 digree centigrade
There is no definite safe formulas for your cables because it depends on many factors like what conductor . what insulation, how many cores ,what is your load , where is your load and ambient temperature and so on. The best guidance will be from the particular manufacturer who would provide the tables under various conditions as above.
Q:Im not very good with computers but I wanna buy Radeon hd 6850 graphic card, I have a 500 watt psu but I heard I need a 6 pin cable which my psu doesnt have. Can I use a 6 Pin PCI Express Video Card Power Cable Adapter?
maybe okorder /... for your vga card and your 500 watt psu is certainly strong enough to support the graphics card. ~hope it help~
Q:I bought a LG Plasma TV, it comes with 3 Ferrite cores, two of them is a little bigger than the diameter of the power plug and it's not tight on it and one is small, is it effective to but the bigger one one the power cable?
It doesn't make any difference, they are just as effective if they are loose. Actually the bigger ones should be more effective at filtering because there is more ferrite material in them.
Q:I have an electrical source 220 Kv or 380 KV at site X and want to pull cables to site Y to privde electricity for this Y site for general lighting and power sockets. So what is the max distance for the cables i can pull from site X without voltage drop affect the voltage or power at site Y.
For zero voltage drop, the distance is zero. If this is a practical question, you would need to know: 1. How much voltage drop can be tolerated (eg. 1%? 5%? other?) 2. What is the maximum current the cables will need to handle? 3. What is the resistance-per-length of the cable?
Q:some one told me that cisco get this router without AC power it get the power from the network cable?
You need to make sure your Switch supports POE (power over Ethernet).
Q:I am trying to hook up a LCD display (CPU Temp, USB's in use, Memory Temp/usage, etc) and It came with a 5pin DIN connector for what I assume is the power. I am not sure what I need to do to connect it to the PSU. Any help or ideas?
I think this device should have a power connector as well as a sensor cable (USB in use should have a connector running on to your motherboard.) can you provide me the make/mode number of the equipment. Also provide me with a link so that i could see the connectors and wires and the device. Else take a pic, upload it some image hosting site and provide with a link. (you can edit your question or add additional info and provide a link. Replace the http with hxxp, if the link is getting blocked)
Q:Hi. I just purchased a hp slimline S3420F used from OKorder. (dumb move, I know) Anyway it worked for a few days and now it won't turn on. The power supply light on the back is one but the computer won't come on. I was looking in the trouble shooting guide and one thing that is suggested is to reseat the hard disk data and power cables. It says for instructions to refer to a manual that I can't get because it's on my computer. I am on a public computer now and can't upload the manual to this computer. I switched the voltage to 230 and back to 115 real quick and that worked once. Probably just a coincidence. Now it just won't boot at all. LIke I said, the green power supply light on the back of the computer is on. I can read replies from my cell phone so perhaps someone can give me some ides what to do. I'm sure the answer lies in taking it to a repair shop. :(
i'm assuming which you have a computer computer. in any different case they does not have instructed you that. ok, skill off; take the area panel off and you will see the motherboard, adapter taking part in cards, disk drives, and skill grant. the skill grant supplies you countless working voltages to the equipment by skill of skill of distinctive coloured wires. you will see they bypass to the countless aspects in the equipment. you have 2 or extra drives on your equipment and you'll be the optical (cd/dvd) power. The plug with the crimson yellow and black leads are the skill leads. pull that out and reseat it. it might desire to be comfortable so use care. in case you have an IDE no longer easypersistent it might desire to have a similar plug. If it rather is sata it rather is going to likely be a flat cable. the cable that passes information to those drives would be the two a eighty conductor flat ribbon cable or a sata cable it rather is a lot smaller;(reseat) get rid of and replace those. final and the single's you % to be maximum cautious with are the cables to the motherboard itself. in case you stick to the cables from the drives, you will see the place they terminate on the motherboard. Use warning right here to verify you do no longer positioned undue rigidity on the motherboard. additionally in any respect situations attempt to maintain in touch with the equipment case to keep away from static discharge.
Q:I have a simple 400watt amp going to a single 10inch kicker sub, nothing crazy. I need to know what gauge of power cable would be safe. An 8 gauge for example...
8 awg would be fine for 400w rms
Q:When wiring a power cable to your car battery, should you always put a fuse close to the battery or does it matter if you don't use one?
depends, if you don't care about what you are wiring up, then no you don't need to, the fuse is only there to stop a surge too strong for your equipment. usually your battery won't send out surges too strong but its possible if your alternator acts funny
Q:I lost my power cable and want to know if some of the others i have around the house are adequate size
some PS3s have widely used ability grant. to comprehend which one you have you're able to desire to open it. in case you do not choose to open it (and void the guarantee) - use ability converter. notice: for PS3 you would be wanting a minimum of four hundred Watt. As for ability cable itself - relies upon on the socket on your ability converter.
