Q:asap...answer please!! building floor labeled 13???
Yes I have been in a building that has a thirteenth floor and it is actually numbered that way too!! But as noted below this is not to common..... but look at some of the other Countries that delete different numbers... pretty funny: American and Canadian buildings typically omit the thirteenth floor in their floor numbering because of common superstition surrounding this number.[citation needed] The floor numbering may either go straight from 12 to 14, or the floor may be given an alternative name such as Skyline. In some Asian countries, because the number four sounds like death in Chinese and related languages, it is sometimes skipped in hospital buildings, and some business buildings follow this convention as well.
Q:which is better to cut laminated floors?
jigsaw face up with a down-cutting blade is the safest of the two
Q:1st floor or 3rd floor of apartment?
I live on the first floor and I haven't had any problems, I just don't answer the door after dark and I look out the peep hole if it is dark and I tell people I know to call me to let me know they are coming..so far so good..I wouldn't want to walk up stairs either..Only thing about the 2nd or 3rd floor is that if there is a fire how are you going to get out fast, that what I would be thinking of..good luck
Q:For disinfection, often with 84 disinfectant wash the floor, will damage the wood floor / floor tiles?
84 disinfectant is a sodium hypochlorite (NaClO) -based highly efficient disinfectant, a certain degree of corrosion, often use will have some damage. (1) 84 disinfectant in the visible light is easy to release toxic chlorine, so when cleaning the floor, with plastic gloves, window ventilation, so as not to cause damage to the nervous system. (2) 84 other safe use of disinfectant is 1, disinfecting utensils: with the original liquid in accordance with the ratio of 1: 9 watered (half basin of water into the 6 cover), the need for disinfection of the device placed in a diluted liquid Soak for 20 minutes. 2, fruits, vegetables: with the amount of liquid in accordance with the 1:29 watered (half a bucket of water into the 4 cover), will need to disinfect the fruits and vegetables in the diluted liquid soaked in 20 minutes after the water over the net (Not recommended to use, fruits and vegetables, vegetables, fruits and vegetables can be used for the disinfection, or more water rinse several times). 3, the general surface (toilet, toilet, ground, etc.) and public places environment (sewers, ditches, trash cans, etc.): with the amount of liquid in accordance with the 1:29 Duishui (half a bucket of water into the 4 cover) Minutes or rags, mop scrub, or spray with plastic pots. 4, fabric (towels, clothing, especially color clothing do not use): with the original liquid in accordance with the ratio of 1:29 Duishui (half a bucket of water into the 4 cover), soak for 20 minutes after the water over the net.
Q:What is the material used to exercise the floor?
Santa Fe sports floor has a very high quality requirements.
Q:floor shine?
you may attempt cleansing and sprucing them then upload a sealant to guard them. a lot of those could be chanced on at a close-by tile save. cleansing them is the easy section and can be achieved with heat water and a comfortable cleansing soap however the polish and sealant may well be somewhat greater complicated. you may stick to the instructions on the kit or ask the staff the place you purchase the products.
Q:How do I repair a stab in my cork flooring.?
If the stab is not too deep you could lightly sand it down. Fillers for cork are notorious for working their way loose. If it is a bad gouge in the floor - is it a tile? can it be replaced by cutting it out carefully? If all else fails and it is a bad gouge in the floor - buy a mat. Sorry can't be more helpful. My sister had a cork floor and ended up with lots of dents here and there - she ended up with a rattan mat over the top because there was nothing else around which would solve the problem.
Q:75 gallon tank in 2nd floor apt.?
I am not sure. But I just wanted to add a little tidbit of info...your stand's legs are very important here. If they are narrow, then that will be a lot of pressure on four small points. If they are wide, that is much better. If your stand doesn't have legs, but just has one flat surface for the whole bottom, that is ideal. The pressure would be spread out and minimized.
Q:How do I remove floor polish residue from my laminate floors?
Laminate flooring is supposed to be very easy to care for, only slightly damp mop needed for spills, and regular dusting for dirt. You shouldn't use soap since it dulls the surface. Laminate floors do scratch, so the heavy traffic areas are probably just affected by scratches. Since you used that product, I would suggest trying some non abrasive cleaners... do some spot checks to make sure it works, and doesn't give an effect you don't like before doing the whole floor. Maybe if the surface seems greasy, you could try some mineral spirits?
Q:need to konw how floor from a 88 bayliner?
As a footnote: All total, you are probably looking at a $600 to $800.00 do it yourself repair job here. And that's is assuming nothing else needs replacing. (as general, when the floor is gone - the stringers have too - and then you are really into some major work and repair. So, careful thought should be given as to whether your 88 Bayliner is worth the expense and risk of this DIY repair. I mention that, only because, while I have no idea the condition of the rest of your boat or its motor - my 40 plus years of boatbuilding experience tells me - your boat is most likely not worth this repair. Especially since you have never done it before, and have no clue as to what else might be wrong with the floor, sub-floor, hull, or stringers. . .
