Q:i can bench press 110 pounds (55 lbs on each side) for like 6 reps , but i can do push ups in good form 40 - 50 and i weight 160 pounds how was this possible
It's because 110 is really light and you can do 40-50 pushups probably.
Q:Im trying to get my press handstand any good drills? Also is there certain strength or flexibility I need?
One undemanding thank you to get the feel for them is to place your palms approximately 4 to twelve inches from and lean forward until eventually returned touches the wall ( verify your head is tucked in ) then straddle and press up. this might help get the sensation for the flow besides as enhance shoulder potential so at some point you're able to do it with out the wall.
Q:i know that there is a way to erase all memory on my computer with pressing a few buttons while the computer starts up, like the F4 button or something like that, does anybody know which buttons
You may be using the wrong terms to describe what you're trying to do, but based on what you've asked, there's nothing you need to press to erase your computer's memory on start up. Memory requires continuous voltage to keep data stored within its matrices. When your computer turns off or reboots, the voltage to your computer's memory is interrupted and effectively wipes it clean. I can't imagine you're talking about wiping the data off your hard drives (*not* 'memory'), since this would wipe out Windows/Mac OS... It did just hit me that you may be looking to erase your browser's cache (cookies, history, etc.) to keep other people using your computer from seeing which sites you've visited. In Firefox, you can do this by navigating to Tools Clear Recent History. You can also download, install, and run a program called CCleaner to clear all browser private data for Firefox and Internet Explorer, as well as locally stored search information (such as searches you've run for files on your computer), temporary Windows files, and other similar information.
Q:what does the number of pulls up with your weight tell you about your bench press
pulls up's transfer more into expolsive exercise's like power cleans that take alot of back strength. But i can do 20 pull ups and bench 330.
Q:Can somebody tell me about the invention of printing press and its impact on human society?
the printing press made it easier to write books and print stuff like bibles.
Q:i'm 16, i have very strong forearms, and very very strong biceps, in those areas i am ahead of people my age, however when it comes to bench press for some reason i can not do nearly as much as most my age or as much as i should be able to do. what can i do to improve my benchpress max and what is wrong with me?!
First, drop the barbell, and walk over to the dumbbell rack. Why, if you are properly bench pressing, your triceps and delts do most of the work. Dumbbell's allow for a natural range of motion to target your pecs. Second, become good friends with all types of push ups. Try push ups with blast straps as they cause your pecs to function in the way they are suppose to, drawing the arms across the midline of the body. More detailed information can be found below.
Q:I have always used pressed powder for my makeup, but I was wondering what the big difference between pressed and loose powder is? Does one look or feel better over the other? Or does it last longer? Should I try loose powder? What do you think?
They both have advantages and disadvantages. Loose powders are more finely milled, so they can give a very flawless finish on the face. You can also better control how much product is applied to the face, as you are using a brush to apply them. You can go as light or heavy as you want at any given time. They are wonderful for setting liquid and powder products. But loose powders usually come in large containers and require a brush for application, so they can be difficult to use on-the-go for touch-ups (and messy!). Pressed powders tend to be a bit creamier and less finely milled and are applied with a pad or sponge, so they always go on heavier and thicker and give some coverage. That's not necessarily bad, and in fact can be very good when you want to touch-up your foundation over the course of the day. The pressed powders are also eaiser to throw in a purse without creating a mess and are easy to use virtually anywhere as they usually come with the pad or sponge right in the container. There are some oils in any pressed powder (to keep it as one solid mass in the container) so they can get a little cakey on the face and some very oily folks may find the powder changes color on their faces. So one isn't necessarily better or worse than the other in general. You really have to think about the results you want and where and when you are likely to use it. They each have their place!
Q:Im 15 , about 5'8 how much should i be pressing?
Benching Calculator
Q:Ok when I buy press on nails it's says on the back of the box: Wear beyond 7 days not recommended why are you not suppose too wear them beyond 7 days what will happen?
Press on nails start to look old or get doubles under them. Also press on nails usually do not last that long.
Q:Its for a school project ;s How was the printing press important like what good htings aand bad things did it do
As important as it gets. In the 15thC a chap called Wycliffe translated the Bible into English, only a handful of copies were in circulation because they all had to be hand written. It influenced a small band of followers (Lollards) but nothing really significant happened. When Caxton set up his press in Westminster, he was printing books by the hundred. William Tyndale again translated the Bible into English and had it printed in Antwerp, and imported into England but unlike Wycliffe he had hundreds of copies spread throughout the country. The authorities wanted it banned and tried to do so but second and third printings some in London, made it into a best seller. Tydale was executed for his troubles but his translation just kept selling. Eventually helping to lead to the reformation of the church. Something the Lollards a century earlier had wanted but been unable to get. Also because they were so cheap in comparison with hand written manuscripts they disseminated knowledge over a wider area quicker. More people learnt to read, because there were more schools. There were more schools because more people wanted to learn, and books were cheap enough for them to do so. Less ignorance led to a better life the speed of change quickened. I am not aware of any down sides, for civilisation the authorities didn't always like a free press, but in the long term it was only good that came out of printing.
