Q:press powder?
i use MAC, but it is very expensive...since your skin is oily and you are breaking out i wouldnt recommend MAC...even though it is my favorite makeup line, my second favorite is Covergirl...try the covergirl line it is very inexpensive and have good results... i would recommend these two covergirl...clean press powder in original...it has noxema in it and covergirl smothers pressed powder, it smoothes imperfectons!
Q:Bench press machine good weight?
well cable machines arent usually used to gauge strength as 1) the weight is never accurate and 2) cable friction and a controlled path interfere....a pretty decent amount of weight on a bench press is around 225 for the average person
Q:Electric Drill press?
Distance from the center of the chuck to the edge of the post. That is, how far into a board you can drill
Q:do you have a press release list?
The key is to check if the press releases of that site is in Google News (there are free ones that have been banned by Google for posting fake press releases). If it is in Google News (search the name of the site) at least you know that your release will get out somehow as some don't have any distribution at all
Q:who here works for cafe press?
I've never listed anything on Cafe Press, but I have ordered a few things off of it. The transactions went smoothly and I'd order again from there. Customers will come across your products when they do a search of the items on the main page. You can also branch out and post your links in appropriate forums (like, the one I purchased from, was a shirt for a little one I nanny for...I came across the link in a nanny forum) or try posting them in actual stores. Good luck.
Q:Press Release Question in Respect to Businesses?
Only trade publications would consider publishing any of those stories. None of them, however, have any news value making them worthy of being mentioned in the media. You need to create a spin for each story to make it attractive to any publisher. If it's an in-house newsletter, all those stories are okay.
Q:Was the tudor printing press important?
As important as it gets. In the 15thC a chap called Wycliffe translated the Bible into English, only a handful of copies were in circulation because they all had to be hand written. It influenced a small band of followers (Lollards) but nothing really significant happened. When Caxton set up his press in Westminster, he was printing books by the hundred. William Tyndale again translated the Bible into English and had it printed in Antwerp, and imported into England but unlike Wycliffe he had hundreds of copies spread throughout the country. The authorities wanted it banned and tried to do so but second and third printings some in London, made it into a best seller. Tydale was executed for his troubles but his translation just kept selling. Eventually helping to lead to the reformation of the church. Something the Lollards a century earlier had wanted but been unable to get. Also because they were so cheap in comparison with hand written manuscripts they disseminated knowledge over a wider area quicker. More people learnt to read, because there were more schools. There were more schools because more people wanted to learn, and books were cheap enough for them to do so. Less ignorance led to a better life the speed of change quickened. I am not aware of any down sides, for civilisation the authorities didn't always like a free press, but in the long term it was only good that came out of printing.
Q:Best garlic press?
dont use one, they are all pieces of crap and all they will do is mush it up and make it hard to work with, the best way to do it is use a knife, smash it (lie the blade flat ontop of the garlic) and press down with some force if needed, than do a quick chop/mince(watch those fingers). this is the best way to use fresh garlic cloves and the easiest.
Q:Dumbell flies & dumbell presses?
Flies and presses work the same muscle group at a different angle. If you are lying down, you just need to make sure that you are straight, tummy pulled in, and the arm movements are strong and controlled. arms slightly bent throughout the whole movement (don't lock elbows).
Q:16 year old bench press?
You are benching 155 percent of your body weight which is awesome. The record for 16-17 is held by a guy that weighs 242 pounds and he did 501. This was 219 percent of his body weight. Remember this guy probably had special benefits of coaching and diet that you may not have and regardless there are very few people in any age group that can bench press 155 percent of their weight so I certainly would feel proud if I were you of your accomplishments in weight lifting. I would say the average for 16 years old and your weight is probably around 250 to 300.
