Description:
Straight Line stainless steel Wire Drawing Machine is mainly used for drawing various of metal wire from 6mm to 0.5mm , particularly suitable for drawing steel wire(high,medim,low carbon steel,stainless steel wire,prestressed wire,bead wire, rubber tube wire,spring steel wire,),welding wire(gas protection welding wire, submerged arc welding wire, flux-cored wire),alloy wire etc.

Pay-off---- Shell cleaning(pre-processing) ---- Wire rod pointing----(Buttering)----Drawing wire ---- Annealing ---- Take-up(spool or trunk take-up).

Components
1.Elevated pay-off rack
Usage
The machine is used for drawing copper/aluminum/alloy wire/rod.
1.Thedrawing blocks are arranged in a horizontal single-bank tilt, and the distance between the cantilevers of all die holders are short, and in equal length, and have a strong stiffness.
2.The surface of drawing blocks is coated with tungsten carbide (powder), which is strong in hardness and abrasion resistance, and has a long life span.
3.The main drawing machine and fix speed capstan have their own motor drives separately, and are provided with a Quick Die--Change Function.
4.Continuous dual take up, automatic reel-change, the conductor elongation is not changed when changing the reel. The success rate of automatic reel-change is more than 99%.
5.Driven by DC motor, the imported PLC and touch Screen( Siemens of Preface) are convenient for operator to set and display the parameter on the touch screen
