Q:Why do plastic surgery?
You mean cosmetic surgery. Plastic surgery is often done on people with deformities, burns, and who have been in severe accidents that have left them disfigured. I don't understand why people get excessive cosmetic surgery. I can understand 1 or 2. To the point where it looks unnatural, or becomes addictive, is where I draw the line
Q:can you melt plastic into a mold?
In short, with the plastics you're suggesting, no. It's like saying if you melt a car down, could you form another one? That answer is no because more than just heat was required to form the vehicle; The same goes for most plastics. You're probably associating the idea with candle wax which just requires heat to establish the form, so only heat is required to reform it; Same with many base metals. Most modern plastics are formed from a combination of heat, pressure and chemical reactions all of which would be need to recycle the unit into something new. Would need a lot more details but there is probably a better way to accomplish what it is you are trying to do.
Q:What country produces the most raw plastic?
Plastics are oil based - so it follows that oil producing countries must have the lead
Q:How do you clean plastic on the outside of your car?
You can just use normal car sop which has some sort of wax included with it, and if you want it to shine, you can get like a leather polisher (for cars) and almost paste it on and let it dry, you can also use that leather polisher for your tyres and interiour. Some also have nice scents :D
Q:How to get plastic oxidized ?
You can expose them to bacterial or fungal enzymes. That is an extremely broad category and they are likely to have some effect under certain circumstances. You can expose it to a strong oxidizer like ozone. Some would form from lightning strikes. It would probably take hundreds of years to seriously degrade some plastic that way. Some plastic would be seriously affected by some powerful chemical oxidizer. It would be unusual to find natural oxidizers more active unless you include the ionizing effects of UV light on the oxidizer itself. It may become a free radical and become far more reactive. Most of that would probably involve making compounds that are soluble in water so chemicals are leached away.
Q:Does plastic recycle just like paper?
There are many different types of plastic. Some are more readily and efficiently recycled than others. But the process is inefficient and you do not get the same grade of plastic out of the recycling process that went into making the original plastic item. The recycled plastic, for the most part, is useful as filler in a durable item like plastic chairs. Paper undergoes similar degradation in the recycling process. Nice, smooth paper generally requires long plant fibers, either from wood, linen or flax. Paper is recycled into less particular uses, as the fibers can be broken apart, but get shorter, resulting in lower strength. Metals are readily and efficiently recycled with no downgrade. Recycling aluminum and steel is much more efficient than processing new ores into metal. And the resulting product has exactly the same properties as new metals. Reducing consumption and waste is always more efficient and greener than recycling.
Q:plastic fillings....?
Yes they are especially on the lingual surface where they will not be even chewed upon. Good question Matt
Q:Plastic Man question...?
I thought Richie Hawitn was Plastikman. Oh well.
Q:What are biodegrabadle plastics made up of?
biodegradable plastic is mixture of starch and plastic.
Q:creative ways to recycle plastic bottles?
Garden art. Fill clear bottles with colored water, maybe add some crystal beads from broken costume jewelry or even small shards of translucent colored glass. Hang from a porch or a tree--the sun does neat things with it. Give a few to a child along with some nontoxic markers. Use their decorated bottles as one-of-a kind bud vases. cejay
