Q:the space available is about 3x1.5 ft.i prefer nice flower plantslive in chennai, indiaany suggstions??
The first answer was absolutely right on - BUT have you considered xeroscaping? (using native plants to conserve water) Use nice (big and smaller) rocks and various sizes of flowering plants, make a small hill and use small rocks to create a dry stream bed, plant only perrennials so you don;'t have to keep replanting every year. Use annuals sparingly just for color. And to see what grows really well, look at your neighbors' yards - what are they growing and how do they look? Happy Gardening!
Q:Well the title says it all pretty much.
Home remedies for Rash #14: Aloe vera gel and green clay soothe the skin. Home remedies for Rash #15: Chamomile cream, calendula lotion, or comfrey ointment should be applied directly to the itchy areas as often as needed, as their anti- inflammatory properties will help relieve your discomfort. Home remedies for Rash #16: Chickweed infusion can be used to bathe the area to stop itching. Home remedies for Rash #17: Cucumber puree, made from peeled, blended fresh cucumbers, can be applied directly to the affected area for three minutes to relieve your itching and pain. Home remedies for Rash #18: Jewelweed, also known as impatiens, can be boiled in a gallon of water, strained, and cooled. The liquid stops itching extremely well. In fact, in clinical trials, it has worked just as well as prescription cortisone creams. Note that while it is sometimes called impatiens, jewelweed is not the same plant that is sold as a flowering annual in home and garden centers. Home remedies for Rash #19: An herbal tea made from two parts each of agrimony and chamomile and one part each of stinging nettle and heart's-ease can be taken three times a day as an aid to soothing the itching. In addition to drinking the tea, dip a clean cloth into it and apply it as a compress to the affected areas for five minutes every half hour, as needed. Other plants containing natural antihistaminic compounds from which you can make a combination tea include basil, fennel, ginkgo, oregano, tarragon, tea, thyme, and yarrow. These teas should be used in compresses applied to the itchy areas, as well as drunk three times a day.
Q:Most garden books I have seen in stores are for general gardening in places like New York or Illinois. I'm looking for a book that is for the year around gardening conditions here in California. Help please?
Mel Bartholomew's Square Foot Gardening. Also check with your local Agriculture center usually based on the major University. Oh my stars, Dah'lin check with your Local Library.
Q:I just got a job at The Home Depot as garden center sales associate. What're some things I'll need to learn for the job? Such as skills and knowledge of things there?

Q:I need a website that will give me a bed room that i can change the color and stuff around on.Thanks
I hear ya. That would be cool.
Q:any advice?what do i need?i've never done this before.....
Short of shooting him...I hope you were kidding. Still in bad taste though! Supervise him outside and tell him no when he does it- he'll get it eventually. In the mean time, put up a tall enough fencing (even just chicken wire and posts will do for now) that he can't get in the garden if he's left outside when you're away. My neighbours had a similar problem with their young lab, and they left that fence up until Aspen was about 2-2.5 years old and he'd stopped digging. He's a puppy, and he'll start to settle down in the next 10 months or so, both of my lab girls were nightmares when they were younger but they mellowed out nicely around 2 years old. I didn't think about this before, I just assumed it was done, but it would probably help to neuter him if he's not already.
Q:Some part of my home garden is covered with ground covering plants (some type of ivy with networked roots). The garden is full of weeds and small trees. If I use Preen or other type of chemicals, can I get rid of weeds? I'm thinking removing all the ground covering and weeds, and cover the area with mulch. If there is a way to have ground covering with weeds well controlled, I may try it. I appreciate your input.
The advice from mediator is a reliable ideas-set. I moved right into a clean residing house in 2007 on an internet site which became initially farm land and became ripe with an excellent variety of organic international. I sprayed with Roundup and after some weeks whilst the weeds had died off I set out the climate for grass, borders, vegetable plot and lined the soundness with membrane and then with pebbles to maintain that section as low maintenance. you are able to continually shrink sections and plant timber or shrubs to furnish greater activity. I even have better the vegetable plot using old recovered railway sleepers to set out the bays and this has labored out o.k.. Now in the 2nd year and robust vegetation so far...... tastes lots greater suitable than from the shops.
Q:have new house 1/4 acre lot that is EMPTY what are good websites for english/japanese gardens?
I've okorder give excellent advice. Yards are fun projects. I believe the home owner is the best at knowing what they like , or dislike and everyone is different. Just have fun.
Q:Two months ago a guy named Brent asked this question. You call it a resolved question. Well, no one answered him with any help. I'm interested in the same topic.
What is a greenhouse garden home anyway?
Q:(Fae not gay people) I need help! I believe in fae and if you don't believe simply click the back space button
It depends on the fae you're trying to attract. Some like sweet smelling plants, like jasmine, and sweet tasting ones like honeysuckle while others like toadstools and weeping willows.
