4. QJ using condition

(1). 380V voltage deviation is no more than ±5%, frequency is 50HZ, three -phase power deviation is no more than ±1%.

(2). Motor cavity must be filled with water.

(3). The first stage impeller of the pump should be more than 2mm below the moving water surface, pump unit should be less than 70m below the static water level.

(4). The distance from the motor bottom to well bottom must be more than 3m.

(5). Water temperature should be no more than 20 centidegree.

(6). Sand content of the water ( by mass) should be no more than 0.01%.

(7). PH value of water 6.5~8.5.

(8). Hydrogen sulfide content of the water should be no more than 1.5mg/L.

(9). Chloride ion content of the water should be no more than 400mg/L.

(10). Water yield of water source should ensure the requirements of pump continuous working.

Q:Even when all water is shut off in the camper, my water pump keeps running. Even when the tank is completely empty. Does anyone know what is causing this?: The pump is pressure regulated and kicks on when pressure in the water storage tank drops, such as it does when you open a water faucet. Either the pressure regulator is defective or you have a leak in the plumbing. Somewhere there is an electric switch where you can turn the pump off manually, either on the pump or near the pump. I suggest you shut it off until you can determine what the problem is.

Q:What is the easiest way to remove a water pump?: drain radiator. remove both 21mm motor mount bolts from subframe (front and rear). drain radiator. remove overflow/washer bottle. remove drive belt. remove 8mm bolt that hold lower watertube to front cover. remove lower water tube from water pump. remove heater hoses from water pump. slightly lift engine with floor jack. remove water pump pully. remove water pump. if you still cant get it you will need to remove the 4 studs that go through the water pump. now its just that easy to do

Q:Ok, so I was driving the other day when I heard this quot;clunksound...my AC went out (stopped blowing cold), and power steering went out. I have a 07 honda civic...around 80,000 miles.: to make it simple what it sound like that they are saying is that the water pump is broken and when this happens in some case one can not turn the pulley of the water pump so the belt would slip on it so long until it overheats and melts leading it to rip. if u don't trust your mechanic have another mechanic look at it and if they tell you the exact same thing chances are they are both right.

Q:Bought a new water pump for my turtle tank can't get it to work: Pump has to be off Open the reservoir on the pump You have to use water already in your setup, fill a cup with it Fill the pump reservoir until full, then refill the cup, you'll need plenty of water you might need help here from someone at home, you also might need to hold pump, or the water might drain out as you work below Turn on the pump, while the pump is running,..... pour more water in reservoir until pump is pumping water.
