6.Conditions of use
Pumps used in the following conditions should be continuously to work properly:
1. For water pumps suitable medium, medium temperature shall not exceed + 40°C
2. The medium PH value between 6.5 ~ 8.5
3. The volume of medium containing solid impurity is less than 0.1%, the size is not more than 0.2 mm
4. The power frequency 50 hz, voltage for single-phase 220 v, 380 v, three-phase voltage fluctuation range for rating of 0.9 to 1.1 times
5. Diving depth of no more than 5 m, is not suitable for irrigation and drainage of sewage and chemicals.
- Q:As a fact; I must remove the timing belt in order to remove both camshaft sprockets,then the metal timing belt cover which cover partially the water pump.My main question: Do I have to lift the engine and remove the two water pump studs- Which normally holding the right engine mounting.And where I can rent ,or buy a camshaft locking tool with low price
- You can just jack up the motor from the oil pan with a floor jack with a piece of wood instead of removing the studs, just needs to go up a inch to get the bracket and water pump off.

- Sometimes I really wonder about Robert. Yeah, water boils at 212--AT ATMOSPHERIC pressure. But a cooling system is pressurized to RAISE the boiling point. So, ah, Robert is once again in left field. Because if you wait for it to boil over, you've probably already caused engine damage. You do NOT need a high volume pump. The 3 core radiator does NOT need more flow. The temp gauge should not fluctuate. That's the job of the T-stat--to regulate engine temp and keep it at a set point. - The water pump is simply an impeller -- it's a tube of rubber which spins as the power shaft spins, and the tube has fins which push water through the engine to cool it. Take the old one to a boat store, and you will find one close enough. They aren't finicky, they just want water pushed through them.

- If you are connected to a campsite water supply you do not need a pump. The pump is only required to deliver water from the fresh water tank of your camper to the faucets and if equipped toilet of your camper when you are not connected to City water, ya I know I have probably been connected to an actual City water supply 4 days in over 10 years of trailer camping... but any campground water supply is referred to as a city supply in the trailer literature. The only accessory I recommend to have is a combination filter which will stop both sediment ( very common in campground water lines ) and secondary charcoal filter which will reduce both taste and chemical intrusions on your system / palate. Would I buy a basic system demand pump? Yes, but if the cost of the pump stands between your camping season and your camping plans for the season, cancel the pump and camp!

- Timing belt replacement is a very tedious and expensive repair. It is better that when the mechanic changes your timing belt, he changes all the oil seals, timing and balance shaft belts, and the water pump. It is better to this all at once because if you only replace the timing belt, you may also have to replace the water pump in the near future, which is the same amount of labor time for the timing belt. This way all these part will have the same lifespan. If you timing belt broke, hope that your engine is not damaged.
