Brief Introduction
PVC/XLPE power cable is used to transmit and distribute power in power transmission and distribution system of 35kV or lower. It is generally applied to the fields including power, construction, mines, metallurgy, petrochemical industry and communication in complete replace of oil immersed paper insulated power cable and in partial replace of PVC insulated power cable.
Standard
The products can be produced according to our factory specification which is equivalent to the standard IEC60502.The factory can also design and manufacture special power cable according to the other standards required by the customers.
Properties of PVC Power Cable
1.The long-time permissible working temperature of cable conductive core is not more than 70 degrees.
2.During short circuit (max permanent time is not more than 5 seconds), the max temperature of cable conductor is not more than 165°C.
3.The difference level of laying cable is not restricted.When laying the cable,ambient temperature is not lower than 0°C.
4.They have good chemical stability,and properties of acid resistance,alkali resistance,salt resistance,oil resistance,solvent resistance and flame resistance.
Properties of XLPE Power Cable
1.The highest allowed operating temperature of conductor for long-term working is 90 degrees.
2.In short circuit (Max long term is no more than 5 seconds). The highest temperature for conductor is no more than 250 degrees.
3.The cable is laid without horizontal drop limit. The environment temperature should be no lower than 0 when lay. Otherwise it should be preheated.
4.Excellent electrical performance, resistance to chemical corrosion.
5.Can stand advisable traction when laid.Can stand traction from Outside.Left low smoke halogen-free after burned.Retard the burning of the cable.

- That type of connector was common before the IEC style cable became the standard. Perhaps you can scrounge some more tag sales or estate sales, friends garages and attics. You might check to see if there is an electronics surplus store in your town. Those guys never throw anything away.

- 1790 watts at 230 volts is about 8 amps. I would use a power cable rated for at least 10 amps or more. You would need a wire of about 8.3 sq mm, 1.63 mm diameter, or 14 awg to run this load. 2.5 sq mm is the equivalent of 24 awg wire, 0.5 mm diameter, or rated for at 3.5 amps. The unit couldn't draw enough current to run properly with this wire.

- you are able to split the capacity cable with a a million--to--2 capacity connection. yet you are able to't split an information cable (the flat pink one). you choose yet another cable and a 2d connection on the MB. If no 2d connection, you may get a SATA card to flow in a PCI slot. Have performed the two between the above.

- You say is the power supply power? Is not the power supply voltage! Power supply is W, that is, tile. Power power is insufficient, it is said that the components will accelerate the aging, aging components are easy to burn, components on the motherboard, of course, is burning the motherboard Oh, and power supply is also easy to cause computer instability. - ok....this might not be you power supply cable.. this may be a problem with your powerjack in your laptop, if that's loose, then it won't recieve any power from the cable...it will randomly though..i had the same problem a few months ago, and a little solder job will do the trick! take it to a good local repair guy (or me if you're in the uk hahaha)... and have the power jack resoldered.. try your power supply on another similar laptop to make sure it's not that..but generally speaking..once a power supply's fried..it won't work randomly...all it is, is a transformer and a converter... it would make sense if it was the power jack loose or has a faulty connection to the motherboard :) hope this helped!
