Wilton carpet, like Axminster carpet, is woven. However the difference between the two methods is the way in which the carpet is woven. Whereas the Axminster yarn is woven into each weft and then cut to the required pile height and then reinserted when that colour is needed again –the Wilton carpet yarn is a continuous strand woven all the way through.

Q:VIP....Stained Carpet..need help!!!!?
First cheapest way. Warm water and white vinegar 50/50 solution. You want to dilute the stain not drown the area 4 beyond the spot. This lifts dirt, grime stains. It will not harm the cheapo carpet. If this is a long time stain from furniture or ink, food, or who knows then you may want to try an Oxy or Resolvebased cleaning product. IMPORTANT. Test the cleaner in a patch of carpet in you closet if it has carpet to see if a big lightening/discoloring of the carpet occurs. The labeling on the can will tell you something like this. The biggest issue that move-er-outers face is spot clean if leaves clean carpet spots that highlight the dirty rest of the carpet. Carpet stains that fail to come out are also highlighted as well like really well! Red stains, furniture stain stains, and ink stain s are toughest to remove. Q:carpet stain?
I'm with sstephsanderss. I typically use a mixture of 1 part white vinegar and 3 parts water (can be made stronger for tougher stains) for carpet stains. Borax and water is another great stain remover. I have successfully used these methods to clean every stain on our carpet.
Q:Why does my rug keep moving?
The carpet is the reason the rug keeps moving. when anything steps on the rug the carpet tufting is crushed and then bounces back and moves the rug. It always goes the same direction doesn't it? I have rugs over my carpets and only my cats walk around the house during the day time and the rugs will have moved toward the front door all the time. Putting a coffee table or he couch or a heavy chair may stop the rug from crawling .
Q:What happens if the seat and carpet are dirty in the car?
If the child will not pee on the seat cover or carpet, first with hot soapy water wet dishcloth, then 1:1 ammonia and water solution, soaked rag after covered in wet places, after a few minutes away cloth, wipe with wet cloth.
Q:Bright Pink Nail Varnish On Cream Carpet!?
If there's a lot then you may struggle. Use nail polish remover and have plenty of clean white cloths. An old white sheet, cut up, is ideal. Don't use coloured cloth or you could end up transferring dyes. Put enough remover on the affected are to soften the varnish then rub from the outside edge of the stain towards the middle. (If you rub from the centre outwards you will simply enlarge the stained area.) Repeat this again and again, using a clean piece of cloth each time. Don't use brushes or scrub the area hard - if you damage the pile you can't put it right.
Q:I need tips before installing carpet?
I don't know much, but I would install some sort of padding under the carpet - the floor people should do it with the installation of the carpet (if you purchase it from them). The company you purchase the carpet from should also know this. Good luck! PS - get a thickness of padding that goes with your carpet - plush carpet may need less padding. One thing things to consider - Is there enough height under my door to fit carpet and padding? (Or will I have to cut the door down?) Also, if you don't have a thin and hard carpet, then you will have to get a plastic-floor thing to roll your chair on (if you have a rolling char).
Q:What is a material that will slide on carpet?
u don't really need much to make them. Carpet skating is possible if you use any material under your feet that will slide on carpeting. This also works on hard floors, too. To skate on carpet, start with a pair of nice thick socks. Cut out plastic foot pads for the bottoms and sew them in place. The plastic bottom will slide on the carpet without hurting the carpet material. To skate on wood, linoleum or any hard floor... just use the thick socks. Some kids do this without thinking about it. Carpet and sock skating is like any other type of skating. Please be safe. Don't try it near obstacles or furniture. Make sure surfaces are clean. Keep it simple. Real carpet skates are pretty cheap and probably offer a better surface for sliding:
Q:how to get rid of carpet?
take a knife to the corner and pull it up cut all around the edges and just pull. use some goo-be gone if you need to with the glue. then take one of those power tools that make the floor smooth. (idk what they are called lol) smooth out the floor and stain it :)
Q:Which rug should I get?
If your walls are white / creame / a neutral color get the Herringbone Rug as you need something to accent the color. If you have a wall that is purple, pink, blue, green, red etc. and you have a lot of stuff in your room get the Zigag Rug, it wont make the room too busy, but it will compliment it as well as give it length/width (whichever way you place it). If you have a colored wall (eg the colors above) but a fairly empty space go for the Stamped Scallop Rug as it is will make the room a little more busy. Good luck!
Q:What rugs do i need for my new horse?
I would get a cotton sheet for those days that you and I need a jacket, turnout sheet for those days its a bit cooler and maybe damp- don't want to kill your cotton sheet so its worth having a seperate turnout sheet. Then I would get a medium turnout. I personally don't bother with stable blankets as at the end of the day who really wants to be switching a million blankets a day! For the really cold day/nights it maybe necessary to lay up... its really nice that you have a heavy with a neck... theres nothing worse then having a clipped or fine coated horse that has to have their neck exposed.
