Car dumper system is automatic and efficient large-scale unloading equipment, for dumping railway truck loading of coal, ore, chemical raw materials and other bulk materials, it is widely used in port terminals, iron and steel enterprises, thermal power plants and so on. - Car dumper is one of the important equipment in car dumper system. The railway gondola car which has materials would be dumped by car dumper, and also the most closely related equipment of railway gondola car. Its performance is directly related to the operation efficiency and matching of railway gondola car.

- Car puller is one of the auxiliary equipment for the car dumper unloading line, it used for pulling various railway gondola car, and make it positioned in the specified position so that the car dumper can complete the unloading operation. The car puller is the key equipment to realize high efficiency automation of car dumper system. At present, it has been widely used in bulk material transportation system of large enterprises, such as wharf, power plant, steel plant, coking plant and so on.

- Moving platform is the auxiliary equipment in the unloading line of the reentry car dumper. The equipment is a device that transfers the normally unloaded vehicle from heavy car line to the empty car line.

- Car pusher is one of the auxiliary equipment of car dumper line which used to work with the moving platform. When the moving platform transfer gondola car which has already complete the dumpling operation to the empty car line, car pusher will push the gondola car out of moving platform, and massed at the empty car line.

- Stopper is the safety equipment in the line of car dumper system, it is used to prevent empty cars parking on empty cars line which may for some reason make the car moved back to trigger accident. The stopper adopts the structure of heavy hammer swing, it allow the vehicle to operate in the prescribed direction, if it move reverse, the equipment will block the wheel. The stopper is simple in structure and has advantages of safe and reliable.

Feature

The crossbeam of the dumper rotor is connected with the end ring by flange connection, the structure has high strength and stable performance. By reasonably configuring the center of gravity of the rotor, the power consumption is smaller when the different types of vehicles are turned over.

Dumper adopts hydraulic type, the system has the function of pressure locking and unloading circuit to ensure that the car dumper system does not drop the materials in the process of unloading, and it can eliminate the force exerted on the roof side rail of the vehicle after the unloading what is the spring overhang of bogie of car made, it can effective protection vehicles.

What difference and selection of reentry car dumper system and drive-through car dumper system?

  - Reentry car dumper system includes: car dumper, car puller, car pusher, transfer platform, wheel gripper, stopper. When the site is limited, the railway line can not be connected, every one or two gondola car assembled, need to mass those on the empty wagon track by transfer platform and car pusher.

   Drive-through car dumper system includes: car dumper, car puller, wheel gripper, stopper. In the cut-through railway line to complete the unloading operation and mass the gondola car at the car dumper’s delivery side, it has higher unloading efficiency than the back turning type.

How many models of car dumper?

  - At present, the domestic general gondola car models are: C60,C61,C62,C63,C64,C70,C80, General C80 and so on. According to the specific project, the use of railway vehicles to determine what type of car dumper be used, usually divided into three cases - 1) suitable for C60～C70；2）suitable for C60～C80；3）suitable for General C80.

Selection of driving power for car puller?

  - Usually the weight of a train is divided into three conditions what are 4000t, 5000t and 6000t. The driving power of the car puller which use the single car dumper operation system corresponding to the configuration is: 4*55kW, 6*55kW, 6*55kW, and the double car dumper operation system can increase the power according to the unloading efficiency.
