Q:How do we repo an excavator from a guy that owes us money?
There are several options. One of the simplest ways is to send a notification saying that they must return the money or property with the explicit or implied threat of legal action. If a business doesn't pay its debts then you can also file legal action against them to declare them insolvent. Usually these options will get a quick response from the client. Alternatively repossession depends on the terms and conditions of the contract.
Q:when do i pay building contractors?
i am a contractor in san antonio texas. we ask for fifty percent upon the day we sart the job. depending on the size of the job we may have to ask for another payment arounf 3/4 quarters of the way through. we do this for several reasons. one, we have to by materials necessary for the job at hand we do not keep stock items since each customer is different. second most contractors use sub- contractors to assist in areas where the sub would be more qualified and time effective. also, it is a good faith payment. if my customer has accepted my proposel i hope at that point we have established trust with one another. i know that once that payment is given they are serious and are ready to invest in the improvement. to reassure that my customer is comfortable and confident when they hand over large sums of money i always provide a reciept that includes specific details as to what and where that money is gonna be used for. i may not do it doen to the nickle but i like to reassure them that i have a plan of action and that i am dependable. i can understand why you or anyone would be weary to hand over a check but there are a few way to reassure yourself you are working with the right people. ask for reference from customers the contractor has done similiar work for. check with the BBB. google there name and see f anyone has said anything on the internet. i love it when a new customer wants to talk to an old one because it immediatly set my new customer at ease. just follow your gut and ask as many questions as you want. you are the customer and if they dont wanna answer its time to find a new contractor. good luck!! have fun!!
Q:I pretty much need help on this math problem!10 Points?
I don't think the capacity of the landfill is as simple as the calculation of (700 x 200 x 85) cu ft. / (27 cu ft/ cu yd.) giving you a cubic yard volume. That calculation will only give you the volume of the hole. However landfill operation standards require daily cover of layers (lifts) of dirt - or other material as specified in the landfill permit. Therefore, the capacity for garbage will be less than the calculated volume of space excavated. Also, when garbage is placed in a landfill, it is compacted. How long a landfill will operate depends on daily loading. When the landfill is full, a final cover must be placed on it and maintained.
Q:can you give me a job?
Hi, okorder.com/
Q:Safe substrate for adult leopard gecko?
I agree with excavator clay! It's great! You can also try calci sand with slate tiles over it.
Q:How much does a excavator per hour cost ?
$200 a Day,..Some rentals will rent half days..and a fuel surcharge if you don't refil the fuel tank..It's cheaper if you refill the tank..
Q:Do you think this is real?
It looks like acid has melton him down, it doesn't look like piranhas got to him. I believe it isn't true.
Q:How long does it take to learn how to start an excavator? Do you learn it in two months?
Two months every day to open the school will certainly learn, some people guide faster, I do not know what you call the concept of making money
Q:Christians, have you read the news about Nehemiah's wall?
How did they identify it as Nehemiah's? Did it have his name on it? You are carrying on a great Christian tradition: Reporting conjecture as fact.
Q:HOW TO BECOME AN ENVIRONMENTAL CONTRACTOR EXCAVATION IN TEXAS?
Well, to become an environmental excavation first you have to be land. Oh, I think you mean excavator. Then you'd need excavation experience and excavation equipment (backhoes and such). You'd probably need certification of some kind. For government jobs (the most common) you'd probably need to bid on a project, and they take the best bid. Texas government sites should have specific information on this. Knowledge of soil types, environmental habitats, erosion control, etc. would be useful.
