MTS Series two stage compounding extruder consists of two processing stages. The first one is MT co-rotating twin screw extruding and second one is MS single screw extruding & pelletizing, The MT twin screw extruder serves for material shearing & compounding and MS single screw extruder, for material extruding and pelletizing. Its scientific and advanced structure prevents material from decomposition which is due to overheat.

With such features as low power consumption, high output and fine product quality, the machine is especially suitable for producing thermo-sensitive material such as PVC, XLPE.
