Q:Who manufactures the wood doors w/metal frames that chipotle uses in their resturants?
It is hard to say. That is a fire rated door(speced), and the metal frame as well. This particular door may be a special design for chipotle, but a door and window manufacturer might be able to find something close and hang it on a metal frame.
Q:how to replace metal panel of storm door?
ususally you can take one side of the door frame apart to give you extra room to put the panel back in place being the panel sits in a groove going the whole way around i assume but you could always force it back in if theres enough give if the door frame doesnt come apart
Q:Engineering materials, aluminum doors and windows need to check it, I am a party unit?
General manufacturers can be out
Q:I need to adjust an exterior metal door that is out of alignment. How do I adjust?
The frame may be put in warped.
Q:How do aluminum windows and doors eliminate static electricity?
Metal things are not easy to have static electricity, electrostatic charge will be released. If it is hand touch aluminum doors and windows have electric shock, there are two possibilities: 1, the wall has a leakage of electricity, resulting in aluminum alloy charged 2, people who have static electricity, not aluminum alloy problems, can not be resolved on the aluminum
Q:How do I repair stripped hinge screw holes in metal clad entrance door?
You need to plane the door down. If you don't have a planer, you can try 2 things. First try taking the door off. Remove the hinges and chisel the notch/mortise for the hinge an 1/8 or so deeper and remount the hinges and reset the door and see if that fixes it. Important: get new screws and make sure they are longer then what you took out. I would go as long as 1 1/2. You should also replace the ones in the frame with longer ones to. Use a 2 1/2-3 screw in one of the holes of each hinge in the frame. This is what should be done when a door is initially installed. Those longer screws are called set screws. If you are still rubbing and you don't have a planer, but do have a circular saw, you can clamp a straight edge to the door as a guide and cut the door. If you do cut it or plane it, do it on the hinge side. I think if you try the deeper notches on the door, your door will open easier for you. If it improves it but it still is a little snug, try putting some paint stripper in the inside of the frame and remove the multiple layers of paint, then sand it and repaint it. Just sanding the frame as you suggested may work, but if it's a tight as it sounds, you would have allot to sand. 80 yrs old, I guess it's probably got at least 6 coats of paint. By the way your toothpick thing is a trick if you need to fill a hole and put a screw in close to that original hole. What you did, didn't really help. it might have compounded the problem. I hope this helps you some and good luck
Q:How do I paint a metal garage door and what type of paint do I use?
No need to remove all the old paint. Scuff it up with sandpaper so the new paint can adhere. I like Latex paint on metal since it will expand and contract with the changing temperatures. This is what I use on metal siding.
Q:There are several kinds of aluminum alloy doors and windows
Very much, basically every one is different
Q:What are the colors of aluminum doors and windows?
Colorful, free to customize.
Q:how do metal doors in school lock by themselves?
Lowri the only doors that do this are fire doors And these have a quick release handle to open them No other door should lock by itself
