Introduction

The JXL trolley mechanism is a self-designed new product based on the advanced foreign technology, and got the national utility mode patents.

The JXL trolley mechanism constitutes torque motor, half built-in planetary reduction gear wound roll, rack, and other components, which has advantages of smooth shift from the brake, transmission efficency, low noise, compact structure, and brakeing safe, reliable, accruate positioning, pleasing in appearance, and other characteristics.

After changing variable-frequency speed regulation motor and electronic system, the institutions can be changed to JXF trolley mechanism, which has the advantages of zero velocity brake, starting speed more stable and is more suitable to large tower crane and the trolley running on a demanding place.

If you use precast concrete sections it can be done. You can even have a decorative side if that is required. You might need to have some form of interlocking connections to tie the whole thing together. Depending on its height there might also be a need for anchors to keep it from trying to tip. Without more very detailed information it is difficult to really answer this question. As an example: depending on the type of soil and the height of the wall it is possible to remove the existing wall and install a new one in a day if you use something like a keystone system.

crane stocks depend on the manufacturer.echo1 is the copy cat of Tokyo mauri but i have a echo1 m4 so yes it will fit.

I've never studied Fujian white crane but you can google search Dr. Yang Jwing Ming. I know he's a Fujian white crane specialist and he's published quite a few books on martial arts.

The crane must not exceed the maximum lifting capacity when working! Otherwise, there will be danger.
Q:what are the materials and steps for making an electromagnetic crane?
I am assuming you mean a low power, miniature crane. You will want to wrap a iron object (a nail should work for light objects) in electrical wiring, the more times the better. Make sure you have a long length of wire after wrapping it around the iron object. Now, attach a rope to the iron object, this will be used to raise and lower it. The length of the rope has to be less than the length of the wires. Now, inside the crane have a battery. The stronger the battery, the stronger the electromagnet. Now, after connecting one of the wires to the battery, connect another one to a switch, then connect then switch with more wiring to the battery. This will turn the crane's claw on and off. The next part is up to you. If you want to be able to raise and lower the magnet, attach the rope to an axel and spin the axel to raise or lower the magnet. If you want to turn the crane, you need to place the arm on a swivel axis. Finally, to bring the magnet closer or farther, you will need a way to raise the arm, bringing the tip of the arm closer to above the center of the crane. I suggest you google some picture of cranes to understand this better.

However power lines might be more dangerous to the operator since I suspect they happen more often.

You use statics. You get the specs for the crane and what it is lifting and determine from the site the pick angles and where the outriggers are going to be placed. Then you do the 3-D calcs to determine the reactions necessay and determine the soil's allowable bearing pressure, then design temporary footing based on that.
