Traction silicon rectifier of GQA GQF KGQFKGQA series are mainly used for ground electric locomotive traction and DCpower supply of electric locomotive traction in mine for mining enterprises.

The product adopts three phase full controlbridge, three phase half control bridge and diode rectifier, smoothingreactor added on full control and half control bridge to improve DC currentwave form, and restrict short current and keep current continuity. Three phasebridge input terminal uses vacuum AC contactor, load is E  and 100% IH, 150% IH for 2 hours, 300% IH for1mintue, has flow cut-off protection function, can be operated under the shaft.
