 6T QTZ100(5516)  FAQ

Q: What is tower crane?

A: Tower crane is a modern form of balance crane that consist of the same basic parts. Fixed to the ground on a concrete foundation (and sometimes attached to the sides of structures as well), tower cranes often give the best combination of height and lifting capacity and are used in the construction site.

Q: What is the principal to quote the right tower crane to the client?

A: First, we need to know clients’ requirements. Normally the following information should be clarified by the client:  max lifting capacity, height (height under hook), tip load and jib length.

Q:what can lead tower crane to blank out?
(1) tower crane has crack; (2)Brake block friction lining wear up to 50% ofRaw material thickness ; (3)Brake wheel surface wear reaches 5mm ~ 2mm (4)Spring has plastic deformation; (5)Lever system, air travelis more than about 10% of its rated trip
Q:JKD (Jeet Kuon Do)These are the best ones closest to my areaand i want to know which one is the best in terms of fighting (got the most effective and powerful swift moves)also one which has the best weaopn training and teaches you good trapping and pressure point techniquesWhich is the one which is shown in the movies most and what movies You dont need answer all of them just the main question which one of these are the best for fightingthnxxx
Having done all three systems let me say this, fujian white crane has excellent trapping and pressure point fighting methods contained in the forms, it also teaches weapons such as the long pole, butterfly knives and long sword. It is idea for close in fighting as it protects the centreline (like wing chun), the kicks are low and thus practical. Jeet Kune Do can mean anything you want it to, no two clubs are the same but the good ones stress full-contact fighting, bag work and grappling - all useful stuff on the street and I should know having fought there a few times. Nam Pai is a lovely flowing style but a bit flowery for my tastes and not as practical as the above two. In the movies and on TV you get a lot of Jeet Kune do stuff, mostly done by actors pretending to be special forces guys. I haven't seen much crane or nam pai, which is a shame really.
Q:do they get the concrete blocks up that hang at the end? Do they use another type of crane to assemble them?
Yep, they use a smaller crane that sits on the back of a truck and has a telescopic arm, it only takes a few days. There's a lot of construction going on in my city and I've seen them do it.
Q:Recently a pair of Demoiselle Crane had a chick, it was al healthy right from the very beginning, its parents used to feed him/her a regular diet which usually consisted of insects and worms, it is almost a 30 days old however since yesterday he is not standing or walking on its own legs but just sitting on the knees
Your baby crane might have stepped on something, But this is nothing like malnutrition, From what ive learned the crane may have a joint dysfunction in the knee but this very common in cranes, I really think you should take an X-ray of the cranes legs because,(and the baby cranes feet will expand over time) This could get worse. This is more than likely a leg dysfunction. Hope this helps.
Q:I need to do a report about Stephen Crane, answering the question how did his life affect his how he wrote his books, does anyone know?
Crane is noted for his early employment of naturalism, a literary style in which characters face realistically portrayed and often bleak circumstances, but Crane emphasized impressionistic imagery and biblical symbolism rather than graphic realism. Crane's realism, writes William Peden, is often more impressionistic than photographic; his interest in psychological probing, his innovations in technique and style, and his use of imagery, paradox and symbolism give much of his best work a romantic rather than a naturalistic quality. Both realism and symbolism, the two major directions of modern fiction, have their American beginnings in Crane's work.
Q:as the crane cabin temprature is very high which is not good for equipment pls advise which air condition is good for colling
I would use a roof mounted unit. They are commonly used in campers. 10,000 btu should be ample.
Q:HSE Officers can better answer this question or a qualified Crane operator it self can explain.
each crane is so different. it depends on the rated crane load, the lifted distance from the crane and actuall load to be lifted. Each crane an envelope of angles to the horizontal, lifted load, and distance from the crane. The crane operator must insure that he is within this envelope or the crane may topple over. Also, the wind at the time of the lift must be considered. If you can picture a seesaw with loads pivoting about a fulcrum. When two people are on the seesaw, one person is the crane and the other is the load to be lifted. Only in the case of a crane, the fulcrum is at the crane itself with a large dead load counter weight behind the cab operator.
Q:I give up...Somebody who understands The Decemberists please tell me what a Crane's Wife is and what the song is about. I love the song, I sing along loudly, but I don't have a clue.
I found this on wikipedia. The Crane Wife is an old Japanese tale. While there are many variations of the tale, a common version is that a poor man finds an injured crane on his doorstep (or outside with an arrow in it), takes it in and nurses it back to health. After he releases the crane, a woman appears at his doorstep with whom he falls in love and marries. Because they need money, his wife offers to weave wondrous clothes out of silk that they can sell at the market, but only if he agrees never to watch her making them. They begin to sell them and live a comfortable life, but he soon makes her weave them more and more. Oblivious to his wife's diminishing health, his greed increases. He eventually peeks in to see what she is doing to make the silk she weaves so desirable. He is shocked to discover that at the loom is a crane plucking feathers from her own body and weaving them into the loom. The crane, seeing him, flies away and never returns.
Q:I was wondering if this is possible. The wall we have designed is very close to an existing retaining wall. In order to properly form and waterproof the wall we would have to demo that existing retaining wall. My idea was to build it off site, waterproof it, and then crane it into its location. Is this possible? any similar methods? thanks
If you use precast concrete sections it can be done. You can even have a decorative side if that is required. You might need to have some form of interlocking connections to tie the whole thing together. Depending on its height there might also be a need for anchors to keep it from trying to tip. Without more very detailed information it is difficult to really answer this question. As an example: depending on the type of soil and the height of the wall it is possible to remove the existing wall and install a new one in a day if you use something like a keystone system.
